Seems like such an ideal work lifestyle, she’s very lucky 🍀
As a filipina, I am very proud of her. In fact, I was a Philippine Desk Manager in a Korean Bank here in South Korea for more than 1 year and currently working now as a Loan Consultant at the same Korean Bank, it's very fulfilling to land a job like this despite of the language barrier and many other challenges. Never stop learning and dreaming with strong prayers. God bless everyone♥
Ano pa pong mga challenges maliban po sa language barriers?
Makes me want to visit Japan soon. 🥰

Hello inday!!!
How to apply as a real estate agent there? What are the qualifications?
Where can I contact delta? Im going to japan
Delta employment agency po ba?
@deltaTv The video is great quality. Good job done!
However... some bits of an "IMHO" advice:
1. The sound is so bad that I literally was not able to hear anything, almost maxed my volume but then you hear only music and ambience sounds, not voice. Any mid-grade mic would do a HUGE difference and a big jump in video quality overall to look more professional!
2. Showing private information... is dangerous. This video contains at least 2 or 3 pieces of such disclosure and with 4K quality.. er, I can read names on her email and all the sticky notes, papers on the desk and etc. You can easily blur it next time to avoid any sues\court penalties\etc :)
HOW TO APPLY? I
Sobrang normal lang ng style ng isang real estate agent ng japan. Sa pinas.pasosyal hahahaha. Iba tlga jan lahat pantay pantay.. goodjob mam
how I wish to work in japan.. Ga tv ph here
Im also interested to work in Japan. All accounts given that is insta , Facebook and website are not found. I'm fine with starting work now. How can I contact delta for a job?
This here probably represents 5% of the “typical employee” in Japan. At most.
For sure. The title is kind of misleading
How so? She comes in at 8, have lunch at 12, goes back then leave at 5 pm seems typical Japanese employee routine.
I can see 10 o'clock when she leave the home and you showing 8 o'clock. :)

This is prolly the most accurate day in the life realtor. Some days is just at home answering emails and sending documents. Weekends are showings and open houses.
you live in a big house like that in Japan?!
It's a very nice share house. You live with other people and share space. I lived in one when i was starting out in tokyo. Her place is more upscale than most houses in Tokyo.
'course she works in real estate agency that deals with foreign costumers 😅😂
Wanna experience such simple yet comfy daily life in Japan like Miss Monica have
Monica making BANK with a house like that in Japan! Awesome!

That is not typical filipino worker, most of them are maid all around the world, she is a re agent but not like most pinoy/pinay they are usually working labor jobs.
not all really.. my dad is an engineer and my mom is a pastry chef in Saudi Arabia
Most Filipinos workers are nurses , seamen and skilled workers.. Those uneducated are ended up as domestic helpers
how long did it took you to be fluent in Japanese ?
I’ve been to Tokyo 3x times already and I love the people and their culture thats why I was thinking of moving there and look for a job. Currently I am in the UAE, is there anyway to apply a job in Japan while I’m here? I checked Delta website and it seems that is only for Filipinos already staying and Japan. Is there any other option?
no, japan dont want lot of immigrants.

Monica is gorgeous 💕
OMG thank you 😊
Very nice work n you smart girl
Why does Nanay not work? Why does Tatay not work? Why don't 2 kuyas and an ate work? A house of 6 people, 5 old enough to work, but NO ONE WORKS! Instead, they sleep all day, drink tanduay or watch TV.
I am sending them 35,000 pesos a month right now. I know it's not much, but I have bills too. I work 12 hours day from monday to saturday. I EARN my money. I wish I could sit around and get paid for it!
I also send them gifts. TV, stereo, electronics, clothes.
Then they say it's all not enough. I'm rude, stuck up, stingy, and all kinds of other bad things. Like I cheat on my wife and do drugs.
Why are Filipinos like this? Why don't you guys work for a living, instead of begging from others?
When others give, why don't you appreciate it? Why do you say it's not enough, and we are garbage for helping?
I'm not trying to make hate, I really want to understand. In our culture, this is very rude. Is there some reasoning for this?
You need a better microphone
Im interested working in Japan, can anyone help me? thanks
Hi! Best way is to contact a travel consultant or agency :) Normally first session for q & a is free of charge :)
Either you can get a student visa or work visa.
Patuli ka muna
