- A Watonga former police chief is not only out of a job, but he also now faces felony charges following an altercation back in 2019.
An abusive cop? Imagine my surprise. 🙄
At least now they are getting in trouble
Now now, the 99% of bad cops are giving the 1% of good cops a bad name. ;o)

There needs to be a trial first.

"He is already working in another county" , That shit rocks, End of all conversations and tweets
Well that can’t be true, he investigated himself and found he did nothing wrong.
🤣🤣😂
LOL 🤣 🤣
He must have learned that from Washington DC.
If everyone would be as honest as they are, we would not need police.
Riiiight!!
Those protecting him should also be fired & should charged them coverup & with harboring a felon.
Hes not a felon until convicted and "harboring" one isn't illegal, hes a fugitive and harboring a fugitive is illegal. Big difference.
In that case there'd be hundreds of cops accountable . Anscwhat a surpise haven't heard back from them
@Tom Olson childishness doesn't help your case, grow up and try acting like an adult. Google isn't going to help an ignorant fool such as yourself since it is obviously too complex for you to fully comprehend. Yes the state does make it very specific that its talking about fugitives from justice specifically and yes Oklahoma law does very clearly differentiate a convicted felon and a fugitive from justice. That's why the charge is harboring a fugitive not harboring a felon, in fact no where in the statute does the world felon appear one single time. I was simply trying to pass along simple information, you should try to drink less in the morning and grow up.
@Tom Olson yeah, booze is poison, but some people like you still consider it breakfast. When's the last time you picked up a legal dictionary.... anyone with half a brain can see how factually ignorant you are.
That's right
It's NEVER the 1st "incident" when you are talking about a cop, unless it's a rookie who is immediately fired afterwards.
THIS IS WHAT POLICE ABUSING THEIR POWER IS LIKE
former police idiot
@Andre MATTHEWS not the same idiot, former, I'm a former army means I was use to, not anymore so it's not the "police" doing it, it's the individual can you please put some thought process into it?
@Andre MATTHEWS You are implying it happens all the time, and that is a false narrative. use facts and thinking is what I use. I'm going to label you a former worker and because of that if you break the law then all workers are bad
@Andre MATTHEWS I will also apologize for name calling please accept that
Just like they find the wrong house, they can find a bad cop
Who thinks it would take 2 years to arrest some average Joe for these offenses?
Exactly
2 years is proof the other clowns on the force actively help others clowns hiding behind that thick sticky smelly and callous blue line. We need to dissolve qualified immunity and institute a national database of cops. Require a form of malpractice insurance for cops paid from the department budget. Have it work similar to car insurance, new and crappy cops will have higher premiums. There I gave a workable solution. Not as difficult as they make it sound 🤦🏻♂️ smdh
In the police's defense of their own polices(?), they can't arrest a police officer until they have essentially tried the case (thank the unions for that), which means they have to conduct all the interviews and re-interviews, canvassing looking at digital evidence and cameras (if any), and forensics, and try the case with the DA before they can arrest an officer. For the avg Joe, you just need the allegation and you're in cuffs.
Under a minute for you or me.
Exactly what I was thinking. Also was waiting for it to become more egregious, but no, he pushed her and she fell to the ground. Thank goodness it wasn't anything more BUT wtf? It took 2yrs to figure that out? And how did they go about confirming it? There's a mole.
Really! No way a cop thinks he can get away with whatever he wants.
Yes they do. Pos
Who’da thunk it? That just never happens.🤔
@@carriesee8547 I’m being sarcastic chill
Either that is sarcasm or you're just a naive bootlicker. Cops have been getting away with horrible shit forever. Luckily now body cams are required in most jurisdictions to weed these shitty bullies with badges out. Cops like this guy stain the public's view of all cops in general.
Was he wearing a body cam? Oklahoma doesn't like actual proof.
We always knew they weren't above the law. It was the lack of punishment for those who broke those laws. The blue wall and unions posion the police forces public perception when they suspend law and order, crime and punishment. Hold those accountable shouldn't be political but essential for a civil society.

@@guysolis5843 doubt it
Police officer should be required to carry body cameras they cannot tamper with they cover the full 360 degrees around them. The footage should be subject to random audit on an ongoing regular basis for racism and illegal activity.
Police officer should be rotated off the line for one month every 3 months.
All police officers should have required counseling sessions for an hour per week.
Police shouldn't behave the way they do. And we shouldn't leave them on the front line without a break for years on end.

Glad to see that police aren't above the law. Where there is power. There are those that abuse it. 💯
Do you understand it's not a police problem it's a government problem. Because the police base all of their actions based on what the government does you know the politicians

This is called abuse of power! ITS ABOUT TIME YOU HOLD THEIR FEET TO THE FIRE!
and politicians are above the law
They all have each other’s back, I bet this isn’t the first time he beat on a woman, I’ve heard from multiple people that ALOT of cops (most) are wife beaters and never get caught or in trouble because they are police.
People who abuse power normally are abusive at home
Alot of them are on steroids also.Take for example Ronnie Coleman who was a cop the whole time he was competing for Mr.Olympia.He was taking mass amounts of gear that you cannot get legally. That's an extreme example and I've met Ronnie in person and been in the gym with him in Columbus,Ohio during the Arnold Classic and he was actually really cool guy.But not many can contain their road rage, especially when they are the a** hole types, before they started blasting gear.
They're training and the way they are allowed to do their job makes them mentally unstable and socially unfit.

i bet he still gets his full pension...which is basically getting paid to chill for the rest of your life
All of law enforcement is LEGALLY above the law; local, state and federal.
It’s called “Qualified Immunity”. Never forget that the rest of us are second class citizens.
Thankfully our forefathers gave us the 2nd amendment. When seconds count the police are only a "few" minutes away.
all charges dropped and he never served a day in jail. him and the judge are apparently buddies.
Ok, if no one is above the law, then how come corrupt politicians are not being rounded up and thrown in prison ?

Why is the Police Chief acting as the Primary Officer.

Typical of the psychopathic thugs that gravitate to law enforcement.

Of course police aren't above the law, but politicians are....
He'll get a job two towns over.
Gotta keep the riff raff in line.
Nothing will happen to that jerk.
Fire the entire department. If the chief is corrupt, the entire organization is corrupt. Clean house from root to branch and rehire new people.
Fired without payed leave?!
He’s probably already employed at another state, county or city and his record has been wiped clean! Wouldn’t be surprised if he has already received an award for exemplary officer of the week!
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 These are the type of actions that can turn this country around. Holding Law Enforcement accountable.
THIS IS THE KIND OF PEOPLE WE HAVE ALL OVER THE COUNTRY IN CHARGE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT.
He’ll get 3 months probation and 6 weeks on paid leave
They let the wrong people b cops! All the tyme!

@@OG_HazelGrrl lol well you make a valid point.. .which also rests my case 😉
This is in every small Oklahoma town. I live in a town of 3000 and 6000 in the entire county. Why is there 300 police officers here??? That get new $80,000 vehicles every 4 year!!!!! But the schools are failing and I ruin my car and tires driving my kids to said failing school. Due to the massive pot holes!!!
The thin blue line gang at it again
Wow, what an upstanding citizen, a true patriot for sure. 🙄
I was a strong supporter of cops for most of my 57 years, but not so much anymore. I’ve seen so many cops who are badly trained, incompetent, or just plain crooked.
Watonga? Such a clean place with a long history of police scrupulous to obey the law.
Good job everyone, good work, you’ve all done well, let’s head back to the station, doughnuts on me.
This is why we can't trust the badge
Hey Don't forget about Sheriff White ( Blanchard ) I remember his Turtle Soup.
Until there's real accountability then they are mostly above the law and protected at that. Rule of law is a joke.
When you find him please put him in general population!!!
They think they can hide behind a badge he should be in prison
He’ll be working for the FBI in a couple weeks.
He will end up a cop somewhere else because they are never held responsible for their actions

When cops get caught all that happen is they lose there job and move over to the next town and start it all over again
"This isn't your home," then push her down and walks in suggests that the woman is black. The fact that it has taken so long to be addressed also suggest a black police victim. However, the fact there is some consequences is hopeful.
Quit hiring people that have their eyes that close together thats your first problem.
Yeah when domestic violence comes into play nobody is safe but when it comes to violating our rights it’s all good right .. cops are never charged for violating our rights judges just let it slide too
He’s out looking for a new PD to join, since he’ll be exonerated on all charges.
He should be held accountable! Accountability is in short supply these days.
Lock him up!
I wonder who he pissed off, cause cops normally behave this way with impunity
He'll just go to texas or Kansas and get hired right back on 🤦🏾♂️ seems like their records don't follow them around like normal citizens records do 🤔
It’s about time that cops are finally being held to account for their criminal behavior.
Thats not a burglary thats a Home Invasion punishable by life. PBL
And it only took 2 years to charge him?
Accountability should also be put on those , elected by the people , who hired the police chief.
Usual suspect. They are all criminals.
That’s funny a politician tell people nobody is above the law.
This calls into question every case he has EVER been involved in plus ANY case where HE excused an officer during self investigation
Im starting to think that Ice Cube fella was onto something
Every case that he was involved in needs to be reviewed!!
This is what they are.
And look at that smirk on his face. He knows dammed well what He did.
Why isn’t he behind bars then.
Oh he's beating ww
He deserves 40+ years in solitary confinement.
He will relocate to another small town in America and continue his violent behavior
I hope the Bounty Hunters treat him in the same manner. We need to hold all Police accountable for their actions. Police Immunity needs to end Nation wide and all violations need to become Federal.
Record Every Interaction with the Police. As we see here Police Are Not Above the Law.
Imagine how the officers under his command act if he acted that way.
This is a perfect example of every cop ever.
