      @Tom Olson childishness doesn't help your case, grow up and try acting like an adult. Google isn't going to help an ignorant fool such as yourself since it is obviously too complex for you to fully comprehend. Yes the state does make it very specific that its talking about fugitives from justice specifically and yes Oklahoma law does very clearly differentiate a convicted felon and a fugitive from justice. That's why the charge is harboring a fugitive not harboring a felon, in fact no where in the statute does the world felon appear one single time. I was simply trying to pass along simple information, you should try to drink less in the morning and grow up.

      2 years is proof the other clowns on the force actively help others clowns hiding behind that thick sticky smelly and callous blue line. We need to dissolve qualified immunity and institute a national database of cops. Require a form of malpractice insurance for cops paid from the department budget. Have it work similar to car insurance, new and crappy cops will have higher premiums. There I gave a workable solution. Not as difficult as they make it sound 🤦🏻‍♂️ smdh

    • @AlE-kc7yw
      @AlE-kc7yw 3 года назад +1

      In the police's defense of their own polices(?), they can't arrest a police officer until they have essentially tried the case (thank the unions for that), which means they have to conduct all the interviews and re-interviews, canvassing looking at digital evidence and cameras (if any), and forensics, and try the case with the DA before they can arrest an officer. For the avg Joe, you just need the allegation and you're in cuffs.

    "This isn't your home," then push her down and walks in suggests that the woman is black. The fact that it has taken so long to be addressed also suggest a black police victim. However, the fact there is some consequences is hopeful.
