But when you can't "go to the brother in love" because they are famous public teachers, you need to get the word out to help those who might be taken advantage of to not be deceived. It means to speak in front of, and not predict the future. We can speak only that which has already been written.
Many born again believers have fallen for this WOF and prosperity theology. It's attractive to our flesh. I have a dear friend who is deeply defensive about it, a brother. I pray. It's causing him great difficulty in his life and spiritual walk.

You are doing the right thing. My father nearly lost his job several times years ago. He is in Heaven now. From the 1950s to the 1980s he was a minister in the UMC. He had been a WWII soldier and saw a great deal. Never had he fought so hard when he called out the Bishop and when he sought to wake up our sleepy congregation. He fought on, anyway. He won his wife and children and some of his grandchildren to the faith as well. He did what he had to do, while serving the people's needs and the Lord. Fight on,Justin.

Justin Peters. ALL of the teachers and preachers I have come across via the RUclips platform - and there are many - all teach their path is the true path. Wether they truly believe it or not is not for me to judge. God promises discernment to those whose eyes and ears are opened by His spirit. We can only understand things of the spirit when we quit being of this world - by being given God's spirit to teach and guide us into all truth. Before this happens we are poor, deaf, blind and naked and we cannot understand truth from fiction as our hearts are so deceptive they want always to take the broad highway - not seek the narrow path so few walk. It was very confronting to me when my eyes were opened to the things of God as I began to see for the very first time that most of what passes as mainstream 'Christianity' is just another lane of the broad highway. I finally truly committed to seeking God and truth after a life of running away from Him and thought I was going to be welcomed into a worldwide body of Christ - from all walks, all denominations - but soon discovered it's just the world dressed up in their Sunday best.. So many self professed 'Christians' are savage, rude and mean towards others who do not go to the same clubhouse and sing the same songs or profess the same mantras and creeds as they. The use foul language, insults and wield demeaning attitudes of superiority against others who are not of the same 'clubhouse', even towards those who are desperately seeking, fellows who are trying to find the light. This has been one of the most confronting and saddening things I have found since being chosen to walk the narrow way. There are very few of us upon it. Not all who will cry out to him will be acknowledged. It is because they rather do their own thing than listen to and do what the son of God teaches us through his spirit. Men love themselves more than God, more than their fellow men. This is our nature, inherited through sin. Only by this being changed, by our very hearts and minds being changed, born again, can this become different. When we are changed, by having been given the spirit of God to dwell fully in us - can we be anything different than sinful human spirits. There are so many who profess Christ but do not have the spirit dwelling fully in them because they do not open the door to self, allowing the spirit full access.. They live a guilt ridden, loveless, spiritless 'christian' half life which is full of the tepid wash, rinse, repeat cycle of repenting, sinning, repenting all over again. They are prone to religiosity, guilt ridden, miserably sinful, constantly falling because they are not given a new holier spirit to prevent them from enjoying sin. At best they hang on by ticking box a/ and then box b/ choosing which church they patronise by which message is most soothing to their ears. At worst - they think they are above others, they will never burn in hell, they are being extremely well paid to do what they do and remain proud, stiffnecked, lovers of self more than of God, they are self righteous, self congratulatory and will refuse be led to any other path because they think they could never be wrong, no matter what they are shown to the contrary. Why do I know these people so well? Because I was one of them for many many years.. Until it became way too exhausting, did not pay the dividends I expected.... eventually and I gave up. Went out into the world and turned my back on any pretence of knowing God. When we are shown the narrow way - everything changes. The fruit, which only comes from having the spirit of God dwelling fully in us, begins its wonderful production. We love to obey God so keeping His commandments and the faith of Jesus is a joy not a burden. So we sin not against our Heavenly Father. He imparts the living water to us which is the river of life, the Holy Spirit, and that enables us to love others as self. When this supernatural wonder occurs faith grows exponentially because it is a different nature dwelling in us. Joy, unbelievable joy in finding truth, in knowing and loving the Almighty Father and following His son is a mind blowing experience. Nothing in this world begins to matter as much. Worldly loves slip away as love of God takes a front seat. Spiritual things are revealed, the scriptures unfurl revealing deep truths we could not see with our fleshly eyes. Faith grows deeper as the path reveals its light. Love of God is a blinding, joyous reality especially to those of us who professed love but in our heart of hearts only loathed and feared and second guessed Him. Peace. I never knew what peace meant until I was given it. Peace found in perfect trust and willingness to obey come what may. Not my fruit, but the fruit God's spirit produces in me. Loving fellow man takes away the will to sin against them. Tongues are bridled as pride no longer prompts the angry snap Kindness, gentleness, self control become more and more the abundant harvest as self dies daily and the need to promote self over others dies too. Not from my spirit which dwells in me still. The unbidden ungodly human thought which still remains but is governed now by a better kinder more loving spirit than our own. Why I am writing this is to ask you this. Have you experienced this? Is your fruit being produced by love? Because if your grit is not of this kind all your theology will merely be the clanging of loud bells. Whilst you shout out about one man's theology you are still seriously in error in your own. Satan has many games afoot. One of them is to give us enough light that we think we are right. But this is not what we are taught in scripture. I can show you where you err, theoligically but would your pride allow you to follow the narrow path? There is something in your demeanour that allows me to think it might be so..the path is narrow so few walk it. Many are called but few are chosen. To truly follow Christ means you have to give up the world. This means the accolade, the praise..even the general populations ideas of truth. I thought finding out that not all Christians were the true body of Christ was confronting but what I was to find out afterwards shook me to my very core, but it opened up a far deeper understanding, making me realise how few actually know the Father and the son. If you are interested in where you have been blinded, please answer my post, I will know by this that the spirit of God is tapping at your heart and you are willing to open it. I pray it will be so.

I love Paul Washer’s response to the common thing we hear from those, usually lost people who think their saved, who tell us we shouldn’t judge anything and anybody and take that verse in Matthew chapter 7 out of context. They don’t seem to notice, or maybe Care to, that later on in the chapter, Jesus tells us to be on the lookout for wolves in sheep’s clothing and that you’ll know which is which by the fruit they bear in speech and lifestyle. I have been to so many churches and had a feeling of uncomfortablness, watched so many preaching on tv and would have that same feeling. I am so glad i found you Mr. Peters. When I heard you for the first time, God placed it upon my heart, you are real!! I am so very thankful for that!! I love listening to your teachings!!!
Nothing wrong with calling out false teachers, I fell for some of them when I first got saved but then God really got me to understand to read my Bible and then i could see where I needed to stop listening to them. But I am also thankful for God to have people warn me about others I didn't know about so I never watched them like Joel Osteen, etc. But in the end, God will show you who's telling the truth and who is not if you read his book, I am still thankful for Gods people who will speak God's word too. The bad part on some of them is they sound so good with such a smooth voice that you kinda like the person talking, but when you hear the deception in those words, it's then you thank God for keeping you safe, God is good

@@amyhobson5960 Hi Amy, Yeah even in the beginning there were things i was told that just didn't ring true but I thought they must know more than I do, but I did ask God to teach me because I was confused and frustrated. One day I was listening to Joyce Meyer and she said "you don't have because you don't ask" and she stopped, but i kept reading and realized what she was doing. God answered my prayer and lead me to read the Bible from front to back, then I started over. When I did that, He showed me that the old explains the new and it started making sense and the more I spend time with him, the more he shows me, so that's where I am at right now. I can't say one part just gave me the meat and potatoes, but I am learning who God is talking to and when, the difference between law and grace, The Bible explains itself and the more time you spend in it, the false teachers disappear from you life and you can speak truth to those who need it, and God protects you in truth so I don't have specific scriptures to stick to and tell people unless i'm asked for something specific or like the biggest ting i had a problem with was speaking in tongues (I got hit hard with that one people telling me I didn't have the Holy Spirit unless I spoke in tongues) That's what I fell for before, and can only encourage to read all of it and let God teach you and bless you through his book. i'm in my 2nd time going through the Bible, so that's all I have to encourage with right now. Im a new Christian. I was catholic for 54 years from being christened. I fully believe God led me away. Was never taught or shown how to read and understand the Bible. I've been listening to Charles Stanley, David Wilkerson, Chuck Missler. Many of the so called preachers that Justin has called out I have discerned they are not true and so ignored them. Its difficult I think being a newer Christian

I am a Pakistani Christian believer living in PA USA. So blessed by your ministry it is such an eye opener and actually more than a year ago it made me to stop listening sermons of Word Faith preachers. Sad thing is this, that charismatic word movement has very badly impacted christian community back in Pakistan and India. Where some ministries have become so rich within few years by just conducting healing and prophecy meetings (crusades) Poor and illiterate people are being deceived who remains poor and local Pastors become rich day by day. Correct testing and judging are two different things
Criticizing is basically what leads to exposure. Done correctly. Critic can be positive or negative. Fair or unfair. Balanced or not.

But when you can't "go to the brother in love" because they are famous public teachers, you need to get the word out to help those who might be taken advantage of to not be deceived. Obviously we can't judge their souls; only God knows their heart.
This is the kind of statement you hear from those who don't want their deception exposed. Decievers love to complain about the tone or the imagined motive while ignoring the issue in order to shift the focus from their deception and bury the light exposing them. It's called obfuscation.

Things happens because we live in a sinful, fallen world. I agree people can become sick as a result of a personal sin. However that is not always the case and you providing those scriptures doesn’t support your claim that Justin Peters is minister of the devil or that someone that becomes sick is not born again. Truly believers in Christ do not depend upon any man for understanding of God’s word, but depend upon the Holy Spirit to guide them into all truth. So even with you, although your comments came across very condescending, lacking in both humility and love, it did charge me to study more on sickness and diseases. So thank you for that at least, but we must be very careful calling someone an agent of the devil without sound proof. That’s slanderous and a sin. Show plausible proof. I’m opened to research whatever you provide with the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

You are doing the right thing. My father nearly lost his job several times years ago. He is in Heaven now. From the 1950s to the 1980s he was a minister in the UMC. He had been a WWII soldier and saw a great deal. Never had he fought so hard when he called out the Bishop and when he sought to wake up our sleepy congregation. He fought on, anyway. He won his wife and children and some of his grandchildren to the faith as well. He did what he had to do, while serving the people's needs and the Lord. Fight on,Justin.

Justin Peters. ALL of the teachers and preachers I have come across via the RUclips platform - and there are many - all teach their path is the true path. Wether they truly believe it or not is not for me to judge. God promises discernment to those whose eyes and ears are opened by His spirit. We can only understand things of the spirit when we quit being of this world - by being given God's spirit to teach and guide us into all truth.
Before this happens we are poor, deaf, blind and naked and we cannot understand truth from fiction as our hearts are so deceptive they want always to take the broad highway - not seek the narrow path so few walk.
It was very confronting to me when my eyes were opened to the things of God as I began to see for the very first time that most of what passes as mainstream 'Christianity' is just another lane of the broad highway.
I finally truly committed to seeking God and truth after a life of running away from Him and thought I was going to be welcomed into a worldwide body of Christ - from all walks, all denominations - but soon discovered it's just the world dressed up in their Sunday best..
So many self professed 'Christians' are savage, rude and mean towards others who do not go to the same clubhouse and sing the same songs or profess the same mantras and creeds as they. The use foul language, insults and wield demeaning attitudes of superiority against others who are not of the same 'clubhouse', even towards those who are desperately seeking, fellows who are trying to find the light.
This has been one of the most confronting and saddening things I have found since being chosen to walk the narrow way. There are very few of us upon it. Not all who will cry out to him will be acknowledged. It is because they rather do their own thing than listen to and do what the son of God teaches us through his spirit.
Men love themselves more than God, more than their fellow men. This is our nature, inherited through sin. Only by this being changed, by our very hearts and minds being changed, born again, can this become different. When we are changed, by having been given the spirit of God to dwell fully in us - can we be anything different than sinful human spirits.
There are so many who profess Christ but do not have the spirit dwelling fully in them because they do not open the door to self, allowing the spirit full access.. They live a guilt ridden, loveless, spiritless 'christian' half life which is full of the tepid wash, rinse, repeat cycle of repenting, sinning, repenting all over again.
They are prone to religiosity, guilt ridden, miserably sinful, constantly falling because they are not given a new holier spirit to prevent them from enjoying sin. At best they hang on by ticking box a/ and then box b/ choosing which church they patronise by which message is most soothing to their ears. At worst - they think they are above others, they will never burn in hell, they are being extremely well paid to do what they do and remain proud, stiffnecked, lovers of self more than of God, they are self righteous, self congratulatory and will refuse be led to any other path because they think they could never be wrong, no matter what they are shown to the contrary.
Why do I know these people so well? Because I was one of them for many many years.. Until it became way too exhausting, did not pay the dividends I expected.... eventually and I gave up. Went out into the world and turned my back on any pretence of knowing God.
When we are shown the narrow way - everything changes. The fruit, which only comes from having the spirit of God dwelling fully in us, begins its wonderful production. We love to obey God so keeping His commandments and the faith of Jesus is a joy not a burden. So we sin not against our Heavenly Father. He imparts the living water to us which is the river of life, the Holy Spirit, and that enables us to love others as self. When this supernatural wonder occurs faith grows exponentially because it is a different nature dwelling in us.
Joy, unbelievable joy in finding truth, in knowing and loving the Almighty Father and following His son is a mind blowing experience. Nothing in this world begins to matter as much. Worldly loves slip away as love of God takes a front seat. Spiritual things are revealed, the scriptures unfurl revealing deep truths we could not see with our fleshly eyes. Faith grows deeper as the path reveals its light.
Love of God is a blinding, joyous reality especially to those of us who professed love but in our heart of hearts only loathed and feared and second guessed Him. Peace. I never knew what peace meant until I was given it. Peace found in perfect trust and willingness to obey come what may. Not my fruit, but the fruit God's spirit produces in me. Loving fellow man takes away the will to sin against them. Tongues are bridled as pride no longer prompts the angry snap
Kindness, gentleness, self control become more and more the abundant harvest as self dies daily and the need to promote self over others dies too. Not from my spirit which dwells in me still. The unbidden ungodly human thought which still remains but is governed now by a better kinder more loving spirit than our own.
Why I am writing this is to ask you this. Have you experienced this? Is your fruit being produced by love? Because if your grit is not of this kind all your theology will merely be the clanging of loud bells. Whilst you shout out about one man's theology you are still seriously in error in your own. Satan has many games afoot. One of them is to give us enough light that we think we are right. But this is not what we are taught in scripture.
I can show you where you err, theoligically but would your pride allow you to follow the narrow path? There is something in your demeanour that allows me to think it might be so..the path is narrow so few walk it. Many are called but few are chosen. To truly follow Christ means you have to give up the world. This means the accolade, the praise..even the general populations ideas of truth.
I thought finding out that not all Christians were the true body of Christ was confronting but what I was to find out afterwards shook me to my very core, but it opened up a far deeper understanding, making me realise how few actually know the Father and the son. If you are interested in where you have been blinded, please answer my post, I will know by this that the spirit of God is tapping at your heart and you are willing to open it. I pray it will be so.

I love Paul Washer’s response to the common thing we hear from those, usually lost people who think their saved, who tell us we shouldn’t judge anything and anybody and take that verse in Matthew chapter 7 out of context.
They don’t seem to notice, or maybe Care to, that later on in the chapter, Jesus tells us to be on the lookout for wolves in sheep’s clothing and that you’ll know which is which by the fruit they bear in speech and lifestyle. Isn’t that a form of making a judgment?

Nothing wrong with calling out false teachers, I fell for some of them when I first got saved but then God really got me to understand to read my Bible and then i could see where I needed to stop listening to them. But I am also thankful for God to have people warn me about others I didn't know about so I never watched them like Joel Osteen, etc. But in the end, God will show you who's telling the truth and who is not if you read his book, I am still thankful for Gods people who will speak God's word too. The bad part on some of them is they sound so good with such a smooth voice that you kinda like the person talking, but when you hear the deception in those words, it's then you thank God for keeping you safe, God is good

@@amyhobson5960 Hi Amy, Yeah even in the beginning there were things i was told that just didn't ring true but I thought they must know more than I do, but I did ask God to teach me because I was confused and frustrated. One day I was listening to Joyce Meyer and she said "you don't have because you don't ask" and she stopped, but i kept reading and realized what she was doing. God answered my prayer and lead me to read the Bible from front to back, then I started over. When I did that, He showed me that the old explains the new and it started making sense and the more I spend time with him, the more he shows me, so that's where I am at right now. I can't say one part just gave me the meat and potatoes, but I am learning who God is talking to and when, the difference between law and grace, The Bible explains itself and the more time you spend in it, the false teachers disappear from you life and you can speak truth to those who need it, and God protects you in truth so I don't have specific scriptures to stick to and tell people unless i'm asked for something specific or like the biggest ting i had a problem with was speaking in tongues (I got hit hard with that one people telling me I didn't have the Holy Spirit unless I spoke in tongues) That's what I fell for before, and can only encourage to read all of it and let God teach you and bless you through his book. i'm in my 2nd time going through the Bible, so that's all I have to encourage with right now. I do hope that helped.

Im a new Christian. I was catholic for 54 years from being christened. I fully believe God led me away. Was never taught or shown how to read and understand the Bible. I've been listening to Charles Stanley, David Wilkerson, Chuck Missler. Many of the so called preachers that Justin has called out I have discerned they are not true and so ignored them. Its difficult I think being a newer Christian

I am a Pakistani Christian believer living in PA USA. So blessed by your ministry it is such an eye opener and actually more than a year ago it made me to stop listening sermons of Word Faith preachers.
Sad thing is this, that charismatic word movement has very badly impacted christian community back in Pakistan and India. Where some ministries have become so rich within few years by just conducting healing and prophecy meetings (crusades) Poor and illiterate people are being deceived who remains poor and local Pastors become rich day by day.
There is a much need of sound biblical theology and discernment for exposing false teachers.

There are two kinds of false teachers in our world today. The obvious one's and the not so obvious one's be aware of the not so obvious one's. We all know the prosperity preacher's. But be aware of the other's. This is where discerning comes in
