- Our neglected Manco Dingo yard go kart makes a huge transformation! We fixed the go karts steering, installed brakes, a big valve Tillotson 225, and swapped on a super 30 series juggaverter torque converter to make this one of the fastest go karts we've ever built!

It's good to see that the incident didn't end up way worse than it could have been. I've worked as a racing marshal for 20+ years and it is never fun to see a driver getting hurt. My suggestion is that you turn your mini truck into a track inspection vehicle. Load it up each time with necessary tools. You can never be too prepared. Stay safe guys!
Do they show the Tom pryce incident as a warning during formal training?
That's a really good idea. I might go with something a bit smaller, so it's easier to pull out if it gets stuck back there. But, a full sized kart with 4 wheel drive and the ability to carry tools would be a cool project to see you build.
@@bradleyj.fortner2203 most definitely!!!!
Close call today. We trimmed the track to make it safer, but the projects keep getting faster😕
You should make you own paved track someday
I would love to see u guys fix that old honda 3 wheeler on the shelf with all the tiers on it
Glad all is well. Nice Engine, God was watching out for you all.
Crazy stuff, I yelled when Ike hit the branch. Good thing you guys were testing a cart with a cage and not a bike or something without one!
Yall gotta start making some slow projects, like... a tractor
I could feel Ike's terror when he hit that tree...I'm glad everyone is ok!! That thing is LITERALLY scary fast!!!
Issac's face was priceless.
Edit: the roll bar could use extra support in the front.
Yeah, I haven't heard that much fear in his voice since he rode on the back of the 3 motor minibike.
Pinched a crease on my seat when I saw the tree. I remember thinking that rollcage ain`t gonna do fuck all with that inwards bend over the steering wheel without supports from below, glad I was proven wrong,
I think anything over 15 hp needs suspension from now on. Glad everyone was uninjured in this test.
I think anything over 50cc or 2hp needs suspension
@@bustinyanutz4195 2hp 🤣
2hp😂
2hp? 😹
That combo of engine and converter was waaay too much for that frame. Gotta start rethinking safety, before someone gets hurt...
I think it would be a valuable thing to attach a box grader to the tractor and smooth out the entire grand prix track. It is far too rough for the speeds you are running these days.
Agreed, for safety and smoothness. Also always do a test run first
Fully agreed in this. And John do it right. Tage the mower deck off.
If only so the deck doesn't high center the tractor.
Yes. Been thinking this for a while.
Absolutely,in fact it’s irresponsible to not do so . Investment is a paved track or find yourself an old runway . They’re pushing the envelope and someone could get killed .
What a beast of a build. I would suggest lowering the tire pressures to increase grip and tone down the bouncing. I think that would improve handling and ride comfort. I could feel Ike's heart racing from here in New Hampshire. In the scene after Ike's run, his face was ghostly white. Great video as always.
tires are the first part of any suspension
It's ALMOST amazing how the simplest things seem like witchcraft to these guys after all the years they are still trying to figure out why hard tires ride worse. So dumb.
I had to do that to my cart. Had too much power and with no suspension on them I had to run the tires basically flat for it to be any bit useful.
@@mikewill3176 lol they didn't debead going crazy with turns
@@Fg2_Who I had used bead seal to hold the beads to the bead seat of the wheels
Dude ike. Yeah i felt every bit of that emotion on that one bud. That was one lucky save with that roll bar. Please do a slow pass before any speed runs next time for safety sake!

The thing that amazed me was that Ike actually completed that lap after collecting that tree. Most people would've pulled over to empty out the fresh load in our pants, but as soon as Ike cleared the tree and realised he wasn't dead, he put the boot back into it like a BOSS! LEGEND!
On a side note, I think that Dingo deserves at least some basic front suspension, but preferably some rear as well. Just enough so it can do a lap without trying to eject the rider at least.
I have been watching y'all for years and since you've moved to the new grounds I have been worried about the trees on each run that is made. They are too close to the track in the forest area period and the bridge is too narrow. Second thought is I really wish y'all would put a multi point seatbelt/harness in all faster (or anticipated fast) machines even if you simply weld loops on the carts and the belts can be unclipped themselves and are interchangeable with all the other or even just in the hot carts. Third thought I've been worried about is all those hot carts need roll cages. We love you guys and your content and don't want to see anymore injuries......or worse. I am so glad Ike is ok. Thank God for this run just so happening to be in a cart with a good cage, without a cage, well, you know. Great wearing the pads and such, it's a good start. Being overly safe is no accident. Keep it up, it'll be fine.

Bro ur channels a week old smh
@Jay Rawson 15 yr old channel! U r an og
A-fucking-men to that man!!!
I'm lying here in my recliner watching this and that scared the heck out of me. So glad your alright.
Y'alls backs aren't gonna be much later.
Made me flinch as well. That was a big dang branch!
These guys always do the craziest stuff and get the best results
Yeah , not dying is really good.
Very glad he didn't get hurt. I truly enjoy your content. Keep up the great work! I love and appreciate it. Thanks
Damn, Ike is lucky. I think this is the perfect learning experience to either walk the course or drive it slowly to check for hazards BEFORE going full send!?!
That hp needs suspension and a much better cage. And wider wheel base maybe a bit longer aswell. Great vid glad youal are safe.
Bigger diameter rollcage
or drag the track smooth it out
Absolutely..🍻🍻
Wow, that was truly a close call.. so glad you were not injured. Stay safe boys and keep up the great content.. beat regards, copper kart mob.
Guys I’m 38 and just love y’all’s content, reminds me of watching tv shows when I was a kid growing up,couldn’t wait for that one show to come on every week!!
That thing is a little beast can’t believe it’s that fast great build guys! And I am really glad that Isaac is OK that could’ve been really bad be safe and keep up the great work!👍🏼🤩💪🏼
That engine is totally INSANE! What a ripper! On another note, as said in one of the previous comments, I would also like to see the three wheeler on the self up and going! Looks like a 185S if I am not mistaken!

Wicked wicked engine, well done! Would love to see the GoPro with the speedometer overlay. I'd love to see you guys go all out on that chassis and give it some suspension to. Glad Ike didn't get hurt, legit a scary moment.
Watching John's driving style change over the years really is an awesome thing
Nothing puts a smile on my face like seeing a new cars and cameras video
I think it's time to make yourselves a set of rules, and stick to them. no excuses, no exceptions, or it's only a matter of time before something regrettable happens.
We all love seeing things go scary-fast in your backyard, and for you guys, it certainly beats getting a real job! So it might be wise to make sure you're all able to keep doing what you're doing, for a long time to come.
They should start taking more precautions much like Cleetus and his friends do now after George's rollover in the Fiero
Glad you are ok and I wouldn't say you got cocky, I would say the word you are looking for is complacent.
Glad Ike had that helmet on and had a roll bar🤘🏻
Glad Ike is OK, this had me getting flashbacks to when I watched my buddy's go pro footage of him and another friend of mine who died to a steel cable put across a public trail, he still has the video, and my passed on buddy's parents wanted to see the footage, we weren't to keen on showing them. My buddy with the go pro was behind my other friend when he hit the cable, it went down the beak of his helmet to his neck and cut into him, I'm glad Ike had the roll cage.
Shit. That’s brutal. I’m always nervous about public trails like that. Snow mobiling with my old coworker, I was behind him when all of a sudden he slammed the brakes. I almost ran into him, but managed to turn into a ditch (trail was along a creek). When I looked up, I saw someone had put a plywood wall with cinderblocks behind it on a near blind corner. Luckily my coworker had fast reflexes, or he’d of been in an air lift.
That was a big scare. Glad you're ok, Ike. You guys are awesome.
Woah I seriously flinched hard when he came around that corner into the wooded section….. bam! Lucky that roll bar saved the day!!! Awesome cart guys! That engine is dialed👍
What a rush of a video! Stay safe, because we need to see more of these beasts from you guys!
Everybody that rides knows that sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach when you're about to flip or run into something... and we all just experienced that feeling when we seen that down tree.
I'm glad hes okay love watching you guys and that's was close but ty lord we safe
When I was a teenager we had a Dingo that we put a 20hp B&S ic motor into. Had knobby tires and enough torque to pull wheelies every time you hit the gas pedal. Had to add 50 pounds of metal plates to the front to keep it down. Even with the weights it would not turn at any speed until you let off the throttle. Did not upgrade the stock drive chain and broke it 2-3 times a month. Started buying chain in bulk. Tried jumping it once. Was not a good idea. The cart was sketchy as hell and I had a blast riding it. It's amazing that I survived.
I'm so happy your okay Ike. I couldn't imagine what would have happened on a mini bike. for the sake of yourselves and us at home please check the track every time!
glad nobody was injured but aside from the fact... Isaac: "where's the bearing". Charles: ''it's at the store" has got to be one of my favorite quotes by far. lol
You gentlemen have put motorcycle engines on stuff like this. I find it amazing you can still find joy in small engines. You boys make great videos, keep up the great work 👍
Nothing like having the right tools when manufacturing. Old chop saw gear maker, ran 4 machines at one time, 2 automatic, multi spindle screw machines, B&D Hampstead, Md. 1980
Track inspections are a good thing🤘 keep shredding guys. Glad your ok
You guys are nucking futz! You all are doing things that nobody else wants to do and I love it!
That little dingo needs some actual cage work before y’all jump into it and thrash it like that again😅😅
Other then that enjoyed the video as always!
bingo ! that is there for the ride and nothing else , join the lower rails to the 2nd rails , join and addto cage and join to 2nd and 1st rail.
That was a close one! I'm so happy Ike didn't get injured. Phew!
Like I usually say, you have to take better care of yourselves guys! Be safe... it's a better story to tell, if you're alive at the end.
That being said...
That's thing is fast. Wow
With a stronger roll cage, suspension, wider stance in the back and some tires...and maybe a lowering of the roll cage and leaning the seat back a bit...it would be a contender for to 5 at least.
I really like that type of chassis though, it looks rowdy somehow. 😁
Thanks for all the entertainment you guys bring! You're the best!
Greetings from a fellow Gap Welder from Northern Sweden! 🇸🇪
Omg I'm so glad those roll bars are there that was intense
14:48 …Isaac’s face shaking around is how dingo riding fast feels lol
Love the "eye-cromitor' , reminded me of my Grandpa; always with the fun phrases.
Just got my Baja DUNE 150 up and running again after years in storage. New Holeshot Tires, 11gr Sliders in the variator, new Gates belt, 1500rpm Torque Spring with 1000rpm clutch springs(stays engaged longer decelerating and hooks up a little smoother than at 1500rpm), Carb Foam Filter and rejetted, Exhaust Mod'd for better flow but still quiet, New shocks Front and Rear(HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!) and went with 15" reservoir style with the preload set a little softer in back, and the fronts with a little more preload on the springs, for better balance and a cushier ride under my butt. I'm 65, so it all hurts a little more than it used to. I rode Orosco Ridge in Ramona yesterday. HOT! 95 in the shade. What a BLAST!
"I thought I was gone guys, I'm about to cry" ...wow, awesome quote after a very scary ride. After knowing you were physically OK it was absolutely hilarious! Ike is the man, so glad you did not get hurt.
I have a Dingo with the same problem. Sketchy as heck, i won't ride it until i figure out a proper way to put a new front end on to straighten the wheels. Perfect timing to upload this, thanks.
Just finished the video and just reminded me how important an outlap is. Thanks for reminding and reinforcing it to everyone and myself. Glad you all are ok.
A slow pre-lap Looks like a good choice.That was a close one.
Had a farmer put up a fence once where I had permission to ride and just about lost my head! Always take a look around first before going all out. Glad Ike is ok thanks to the roll cage!
WOW! That had to be a "Going to need to change my shorts" moment! Glad you are OK!
I want to see you guys build the 3" bore Tillitson! That would be epic!
Not throwing shade but I am shocked no one checked the track. Glad no one got hurt. Live and learn or die trying❤🚧
Glad you are okay, Issac. Just don't let what happened get you down. Happens to the best of us. Mine was on my Baja mini Viper that I fit a predator 212 with a stage 1 kit and added a 30 series torque converter. What a ride !!!
That last corner is hilarious!!😂😂
I have to admit that I had not thought about checking the track out before hot lapping. Very very glad Ike didn't get hurt. I even ducked when I saw that tree coming. Didn't see that coming until it was too late. Nobody can think of everything. Still a great video.
HOLY CRAP IKE !!!! Damn that was close. TG for the roll bar.
Glad to see Ike’s not hurt. Slow lap to check out the track and warm up the buggy. Thank you for the safety tips and wearing your helmets!
Ike's life flashed before my eyes . Glad that thing had those bars.
Cool dingo need more dingo videos very happy with this thx guys
the pure terror in Ike's eyes when he saw that tree down was truly guttural to see..Ike has taken some abuse in these series...the racing mower the honduki and now this...never have i ever seen Ike so emotional as i did in this episode...glad everything is ok ...always walk the track ..we do it in dirt track racing ....there is a reason for it ..sendin some love from Bama
OMG dude!! I saw that tree limb and thought this is gonna hurt. So glad you were ok man, It's super easy to get hurt. So yeah, I absolutely agree safety is the order of the day. Keep up the good work guys, I love this sort of stuff, reminds me of my buddies when we used to do all the same stuff before the wives and kids came along.
When i saw that tree laid low my puckered from 4000 miles away from yall. That made my heart race.
Yes!
Safety is the 23rd priority! Tennis shoes, short sleeve shirt, love you guys!
I love the Dingo karts. I had one a few years back. It got stolen out of my backyard, behind a locked gate. I sure do miss that thing. It was so much fun and would go just about anywhere. I need to find another one.
just to throw it out there i think yall and breydan price would be a GREAT collab
Love the cart it’s fast as all get out
What a lesson to walk or slow cruise the track. Wow. You got lucky.
This Old Man says that one is a hand full🤣. Always loved your videos. 🛵🧔💝💝💝
That was definitely a, poop your pants moment. Am so glad no one got injured.
👆 👆 Thanks for your comment and positive feedback, text above I have Surprise for you on telegram....

Man, glad for the roll bar! Glad you made it ok!
👆 👆 Thanks for your comment and positive feedback, text above I have Surprise for you on telegram..
that is the most sketch thing you guys have built yet. the drivers knees seem to form part of the rollcage. love it.
So glad Ike's alright, that was some scary stuff! 😳
Daaamn... That thing gets busy. I like it!!
I am very glad you are okay! that thing is quick!
it's amazing how near death wakes you up.
Glad Ike and everybody is okay that was crazy with the tree lol.
I am glad Ike is ok, my heart dropped out when I seen that tree coming at him. Stay safe boys, look forward to the next video.👍👍
I'm soo happy Ike's ok that was crazy😲😲
Holy crap. I'm glad Ike is okay, that was super scary.
That build is suuuuper bouncy, that must've hurt in the back
I like it when you guys do high horsepower go carts around the grand prix
god dang Ike. that was close. good you are safe. have a great day guys
THE BOYS ARE FUCKIN BACK!!!!
That engine is ripping high in the RPMs. So good.
Wow! That tree was just high enough to take you out. ER for sure, without that roll cage. Whew... Be careful guys.
Coming back to this video, and I have to say you gentlemen have made good on your promise to always do practice/warmup laps before hotlaps since this, even if the course has changed.
Nothing but professional attitudes from some seeming "good ol' boys". keep up the fantastic productions.
wow!!! Glad everyone is alright!!! That was scary. And scary fast!
So Glad Isaac didn't get seriously hurt again. That could have one of the most serious accident ever!!! in the Series. Be careful next time Isaac!!!!
It made me jump! 🤣😂. And dont worry Isaac..."It'll be fine." 😏
You guys did a killer job on the intro today
Glad you’re safe Ike! Please be careful guys!
Oh Damn ! , What a Scary experience , So glad that You didn't get injured ; Important lesson learned , Check the track for obstacles and debris .
Luck boys! Ike dodged a really serious situation! That roll bar took a serious hit!
Too much power for a Kart without a suspension to keep the wheels in contact with the ground. Better tires a must as well!
I never thought I'd say this but that's one mighty fine dingo rite there😂 awesome build
I had flash back to the lawnmower man........ So glad Ike is like a freaking cat with 9 lives.
Charles is my spirit animal
Sight laps for sure boys. Ike. Glad you ok dude!!

Hooooly shit boys!! Man I'm glad that dingo had a roll cage on it!! Be careful my dudes!! Would hurt me bad to see one of you guys get injured doing this stuff! Love you guys!
Holy shit IKE, glad you are safe brother!
that looked like a crazy ride John, great stuff guys thanks BE SAFE!!
I'm glad you're okay Ike, that was a close one!
man thats some fast reactions right there
This is like my Manco 606 go kart with the EC tillotson 228r. I'm geared for 63 and I hit 52 so far. total weight 430lbs. Yeaaaaa buddy!
I have a Manco Dingo 390 and a 392. Engine swapped the Tec 10 flathead for a gx390 and kept the other with the Tec 12 OHV. The 3xx series are heavy beasts. Glad folks are still rocking the Mancos.

They are light karts.
