I really like Jacob. He's obviously still a massive dickhead, but I still really like his character. Probably my favorite out of all the seeds. Also I do feel bad for him. It's obvious he feels thrown away by the military, and I think people don't realize how much the military can mess you up. He wasn't like John or Faith where he experienced heavy childhood trauma, but I think that honestly his trama runs just as deep as theirs.

I'm disappointed with Jacob's fight. All you have to do is run up to him and use the LMG and he dies in 2 seconds. I love that guy and I wish he had a better fight and put up more of a fight. Really, he didn't even wear armor, HE DIDN'T EVEN PUT ON ARMOR! My man deserved a better fight. 😤
Honestly, I found his boss fight the hardest, it's not because it's particularly hard, it's just the others were much easier, even on infamous difficulty
imo his fight was the hardest - not actually killing him obviously (thats Faith, probably) but getting to him was quite difficult - you had to follow a particular pattern otherwise you die quickly. Also ig it depends which difficulty level you're in

By then, he might have just realized, his followers were merely instruments, sacrifice them and he would be left with a group, worthy of preservation.

I just kind of don’t get how Edens Gate like recruits people. Does everyone go through all three seeds to be trained? Like they start with John and confess then go to Jacob for military training then go to Faith to get like drug fondled? Or does each Seed recruit and train people on their own?
I think John gets them to confess their sins to be pure to be part of the cult Faith gets them to take the path of loyalty to joseph And jacob trains them to be strong.
"This one needs a little faith, take him to the pilgrimage!" what one of the cultists says when they capture the marshal in the intro so they probably capture people within their own region but send them to other regions when needed but yeah it feels a bit inconsistent at times, since jacob just straight up kills anyone who doesn't pass his tests
According to the Far Cry wiki, the cultists were recruited from all over the country. Though I would assume that they all work for one herald depending on what region they're in seeing how different their philosphies are, and sometimes maybe getting sent to other regions instead.
