One is adapting the source material and either being faithful and doing something different or not being very faithful and doing new things. A shift from one huge entertainment medium to another. Live action adaptations of animated stuff just don't have any good reason to exist and literally add nothing to what is being adapted. To make it feel more serious and realistic? That is something animation can do just fine. The only reason live action adaptations are done is purely just for money and cashing in off of the perception to many that animation can't be taken as seriously as live action. Even if a live action adaptation of an animated show or movie isn't made for money, there is no reason to make it live action! It literally contributes to nothing. Also pick a Actor for Ben that doesn’t have ‘Skinny bitch’ written all over him with womanly forearms….Isn’t Ben a Athlete? Make sure he has some Lean muscle and a nice Cut. Not that 70’s yankee hair and don’t make Ben black or Kevin Chinese. You GOTTA revamp Ben’s wardrobe and make the characters look real Good In LA but still show-accurate if you wanna make it work. Also do what James Gunn is doing, Maybe do a 5 minute montage for the Origins but show Ben in the middle of Battle expertly using his Watch and his Team in creative ways with his Signature Goofiness. Like Spidey. There’s plenty of source material and unfinished storylines they didn’t finish. You could then do a Plumbers and Grandpa Max Prequel Spin off and build Vilgax up like Thanos. The Comic has to be a "Success", you know what I'm saying!!!
2:41 one piece and Alita
Why wouldn't it? We already got two.
9:04 why can’t they adapted the season
A properly built ben 10 live action universe has the potential to rival prime MCU.
Netflix needs to put out a live action show. Make it 8-10 episodes for the first season. They should get the creators of strangers things involved. I feel like they would be able to help bring it to light. Also make Kuro one of the head writers 😂 that would do it
Are people stupid? Did they forget about the first 11 years of the MCU? The Batman? Blue Beetle? Shazam 1? Live-action superhero movies have had a pretty good track record, and Ben 10 is a superhero show. I have no idea where people got the idea that live-action adaptations are always bad, or even bad a majority of the time.
Adaptations of comics are NOT the same as live action remakes or reboots of animated shows.
@@william3100 Oh yeah? Why not?
@@Bobb11881 the same difference in adaptations of novels and live action disney remakes.
It doesn't add anything special or unique like animation, if anything, it takes away things you can do in animation!
@@william3100 You clearly haven't even watched the video.
@@Bobb11881 does it matter? Live action adaptations of cartoons add nothing interesting or of value besides pleasing people who don't respect animation, which is not what we need. I'd also rather have the information from the video be summarized in a short way that cuts away much time saves me potential moments of anger and frustration. Plus, if the guy is saying these adaptations could work, then he clearly never considered what is the point of them and why they should exist.
In my opinion it actuelly did work before i liked race againts time it's not great but it's good, alien swarm is actuelly great in my opinion
ARESSSSS MAKE A DAVID ZASLAV QUIET AS A CEO OF WB AND MY SOUL IS YOURS🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Ben 10 has some serious potential. It could easily be something Adults can enjoy without being corny asf. They should do a Netflix or Amazon series.
Ben 10 alien swarn had best casting ever
Especially Ben and Kevin
They were sooo accurate 😭
It just needed more alien transformations and good storyline and better budget
Warner brothers cancelled 😔 live action film of ben ten but it has immense potential to go ahead to MCU dc and anime etc who could restart the live action adaptation
They need to overhaul Ben’s design and the watch. Bright Green leather doesn’t look good, Instead do a Dark mint green bomber/Rugged/Wool jacket with a 10 patched on the side instead of the chest like a Dweeb. Guaranteed It makes Ben look 10x as Stylish and Cooler. Omnitrix should look like a Sleek High Tech watch that doesn’t stand out much but still looks Unique. (Remember those Horrible Plastic oministrix’s? Yeah. We want more James Bond Secrecy than THAT.) Also pick a Actor for Ben that doesn’t have ‘Skinny bitch’ written all over him with womanly forearms….Isn’t Ben a Athlete? Make sure he has some Lean muscle and a nice Cut. Not that 70’s yankee hair and don’t make Ben black or Kevin Chinese. Kevin should looks like a Smaller Colossus and Gwen’s Mana should be more like The Scarlet Witch’s rather than Green Lanterns although A Mixture of Both would be Awesome. Do ghost freak for the second movie and release it on Halloween, Confirmed 1 Billion Dollar box office Hit. GODDAMNIT HOLLYWOOD ITS SO EASY TO MAKE SOMETHING SO *GREAT* YOU IDIOTS!
I got some ideas for The Aliens too. Just know That if The MCU can do it, So can a Well-Written Well-Directed and Well Thought out Ben 10 Movie.
That sounds awful
@@8ball180 C’mon you gotta admit That Ghostfreak + Halloween Combo sounds SICK AF
@@8ball180 If you make Live Action Ben look like Cartoon Ben, He’s just gonna look like a Dork of Epic Proportions. You can’t have the 10 on the Jacket Chest, The Omnitrix should look Unique but shouldn’t stand out much. Make Kevin Look like Colossus but Smaller. Gwen’s Energy Projections should be more like Scarlet Witch’s rather than Green Lanterns. Or better yet, A mix of both.
@@therealmr.incredible3179 Alien swarm made it work, trying to change his design to be more "serious" just makes it feel like you're embarrassed of the source material and their better ways to Gwen's abilities then those two
@@8ball180 For you it Did. For me and Many Others it did not. Change is the Only Constant Thing.
It could have been the Omniverse movie we never got...
So your willing to feast on crumbs just to get a live action movie? Pathetic.
BETTER YET PUT HIM IN THE MCU
6:59 me too bro me too
Ben 10 is the best and it does work in animation but the live action movies from 2009 had good and bad CGI but if we have faith and wait one day we will see the best live action Ben 10 movie with more aliens and a higher budget
Honestly, I think Ben 10 will forever be superior in animation... but I will take anything. It's been so long since we've had ben 10 content, let alone good ben 10 content.
If Ben 10 were to get a live action movie someone should better buy the franchise from unreliable WB/D and hand it over to fans of the series who can do justice to series in live action, no other way around it
i'll take anything ben 10 related at this point
😡😡 boy that is a steaming hot take bro with the not enough aliens thing
I BELIEVEEEEE🙌🏾✨
It should be a older Ben not a retelling a Ben who's been through everything it doesn't have to be Ben10k it could be a Ben in his 20s played by Tom Holland
Hear me out:Ryan Kelley who played Live Action Teen/UAF Ben in Alien Swarm could play Carl Tennyson or an Alternate Version of Ben 10K it would be a wholesome passing the torch moment
good vid bro
Here’s how a live action Ben 10 can work
Don’t make it
They are in red numbers, Ben 10 toys could have helped them a lot. Then again, knowing Hollywood, they would make Gwen trans or Max poc or some sh*t like that.
People rejoicing for the movie being canceled are not Ben 10 fans.
This movie was never coming out. It was a rumor that was started years ago that Ben 10 fans keep falling for.
@@kyledawson871 yes sadly
I wish the other shows get there animated film for the other shows like classic
