thank you very much for the reply, I installed 4" handlebars, tightened the bolts to the correct torque of 27 Nm and when I held them and pushed them, they moved slightly and I was scared that something was wrong. Yes, the movement is in the bushings.

Hello, I have a question... For this handlebar, is it 100% necessary to lengthen the brake line? Or just by relocating it you can solve it? Very good video. Thank you very much!
hi, if you stand still and hold the handlebars, do you feel a slight movement back and forth?hi, if you stand still and hold the handlebars, do you feel a slight movement back and forth?
The movement you’re referring to is the play in the bushings… typically you’ll feel this with any riser. When I had risers on this (years ago) you could feel that movement… with these the feel is not as bad. Yet you’ll always have this unless you do a solid bushing.
What people like us are doing to these little bikes is really cool! The Diablo body kits are beautiful add ons as well and you can buy the cheap Chinese knock offs online. All the fenders and tank sets are all there cheap
Did you need to extend your throttle cables , can you make a video of how to move the throttle cables to the other side of the bars, I put in some four inch risers and I think my throttle cables are to tight and not sure how to move them
Hey Slight! Love the channel. Hoping you can help me. I just bought some extended cables and a Tough T handlebar that has a 10” rise. My question is: do you think the brake extension is doable or should I look into finding extended brake lines? THANK YOU in advance.
Sorry… these are the smaller set. They have 2 sizes of the keystones (both in 7/8” and 1”, Honda uses 1”) The fairing is a knockoff Harley clamshell. Link in description.
I have a 2021 honda rebel 300. The handle bars are a stretch down and out making it hard to sit back in the seat all the way. What would you recommend for a bar that'll come closer to me and up a little too?
Many options… a basic set of risers help. Though a larger set of bars will be best. Anything more then the set up I have you’ll need to extend the cables etc. What are you looking for?
Yes and not limited to Biltwell. The rebel uses the 1” bar so any bar will work. I went with these as Biltwell’s bars are extremely high quality. Note: depending on height of the bars you may need cable extensions as well. The ones I have are slotted/dimpled… if you can get them without this I’d suggest that. As you don’t need these… Harley clams use them. Luckily the slots were not in the way of the pins. Thanks for your comment.
Are you experiencing any vibrations? I've just changed my bars to Kijima 1" bars and also changed to Vans grips, and I'm noticing vibrations now. Do you know what, if any, bar end weights would work on the 500? What measurements should I be looking at? Greatly appreciate it if you can offer any advice.
I’m not sure you get anymore vibrations from these bars. The Kijima bars… I can’t speak for these as I have not used them. Yet bar end weights do help with this. I will look into this and get back to you. The OEM bar does have end caps… many people drill and tap these to add weights to the bar end. I need to see about your bars to see what options you have. Is it open or capped at the bar end.
@@Cahaya-zp6fi this is what you’ll need. fortnine.ca/en/bikemaster-anti-vibration-bar-ends Note: the throttle side you’ll need to modify the throttle tube for it to work

Sorry for the late response. I wanted to be sure… the 1100 is the same bar size so I knew the risers work. Yet wanted to confirm the controls worked similar. They do. Harness is external so these will work. Note: non dimpled would be your best best.
I know its picky, but its "20 pounds/ foot2 not "20 foot pounds". I.e. 20lb on the end of a 1 foot bar rather than a 20 foot bar with one 1lb on the end!. Anyway, for the rest of the world it's 27Nm :-)
I understand your point. In Canada it’s 20 ft/lbs. could be different slang other places. I am not sure. We read it as 20 foot pounds. Thanks for the clarification though. Very interesting. Thanks for watching!!
Great video. Can you make another showing how to extend the brake cable?
Great tutorial! Really straight forward and well explained
I appreciate that. Thank you.

All good dude. As long as the bar doesn’t move in the clamp that is.
Great video! I'm sure people may ask about a link to the extension you used.
Thought I included it... my mistake. thank you for pointing this out, I appreciate it.
Updated. :)

Hello,
I have a question...
For this handlebar, is it 100% necessary to lengthen the brake line?
Or just by relocating it you can solve it?
Very good video.
Thank you very much!
If you relocate the line and move the cars further from the rider you can make it work… yet I highly recommend the extension.

Hello, can U make a video for the brake line plz 🤗 ?
Finishing that one up soon.
Stay tuned.
Video is now up!
So how far up and back towards the rider do they actually bring the grips to the rider as opposed to the stock bars?
Thanks
Most are 1” up and 1” back. Yet that depends on riser.

Is it just removed those screws I have stock handle bar grips and want to leave them on
4” extension, you may need to extend the cables, most people do the 2” max if have to look to see if there was a way to reroute the cable…
Hey Slight! Love the channel. Hoping you can help me. I just bought some extended cables and a Tough T handlebar that has a 10” rise. My question is: do you think the brake extension is doable or should I look into finding extended brake lines? THANK YOU in advance.
For 10” bars… not sure the extended line that I used would work. But a longer one will.
Would these handlebars work for a Rebel 300?
Yes they will
Are these about a 14" handlebar? The wires and cables didn't have to be changed? Where did you order the fairing from?
Sorry… these are the smaller set. They have 2 sizes of the keystones (both in 7/8” and 1”, Honda uses 1”)
The fairing is a knockoff Harley clamshell. Link in description.
Are the 10" handlebars? I was told you had to use new cables with them?
These are the smaller bars (5”) you only need to extend the brake line.
The XL bar is 8.5” they need cables as well.
Thanks. Am getting the 10" and looking for a video on it and there is none in English. Maby a opening there for you, hint hint.good luck.
Did you need to reroute your clutch cable
With these keystones you don’t need to reroute. It’s still best to do to add slack. Yet I didn’t on this set up.
Did you have to get extension for thw rest of the wireing on the controls ?
No, not for this set up. Just the brake line.
Do you need longer throttle cables?
Not for these bars

Nah that’s a good question.
You measure from the end of your OEM bar, then drill the same place on the new bar.
