Hello Kayviana👋🏼 i really loved the video. LA is one of my dream cities. I’m so glad you found the right place you were searching for. I plan on moving to LA in a few years. How has your experience been living in LA?
I've loved being able to try so many new foods, although I am biased and I think San Diego has much better Mexican food. The smog is a huge concern and I have an air purifier to help out. Generally though LA is so diverse that I think there's plenty to do for everyone. The biggest thing is just creating a new friend group once you move, otherwise it can end up being a lonely and expensive city.
12:33: Seeing a “For Rent” sign is how I found my place. You can get an idea of what the area is like. The apartment she found is cute-it’s not “open concept” 🤮 and the bedroom is large.
San Diego native here too. Koreatown is way too congested with ppl for me. People on top of ppl. And parking sucks if they don’t give you your own spot .

Tell me why I just so happened to come across this video and I randomly click on it (even though I just found an Apt.) & LEGIT the 1st APT you show in K--Town is my new Apt. at the Lennox !! Why am I soooo Gaggged lol, it was not my fav., but I negotiated a month-to-month, so my plan was to look more gradually as I finish my final quarter in Grad School this spring. Not bad so far, but as you've shown, there is better out there for our Budget Queen !!
LOL it wasn’t the worst on the list soooo, hope you enjoy the food while you’re in K Town! Not sure how close you wanna be to grad school but def DM if you need to know more LA areas.
Definitely drop those other locations for those apartments lol cause no cap but I'm hearing its hard asf to find a place in LA and also i plan on moving there as well.
It’s far away from everything and gets VERY HOT in the summer. Encino is right next to Woodland Hills and a bit more developed. Personally I’m not a huge fan of Woodland Hills.
