I was in a vert dark place a few months ago, tried to end all the suffering, did sh, didn’t eat or sleep then I started going to therapy and getting better. I quit doing therapy and am getting worse again. I’m not eating or sleeping, am addicted to doing sh, keep my feeling bottled up inside, isolate myself, barely talk to people, the person I trusted,loved, and would tell everything to leaves me on read and ignores me, bout tried to end it all again a few weeks ago. I’m not going back to therapy, it was shitty. I know this was only commented a few hours ago but it’s getting harder. My best friend possibly committed suicide..

This is me I'm try the last two years. I have depression I have high anxiety I have Suicidal Thoughts I'm only 17 years old I lost my sister when I was only 15 And she was 19 and it will be two years That she passed away on October 23rd it's been really hard for me
