My old dog, terrier, ate everything. had to get 2 700 eur surgeries in his life for life threatening blockages. If you dog eats something that will block, you got about 20 minutes you force a tablespoon of salt back in the throat of the dog. This causes vomiting and saved his life a few times as he had his 2 surgeries. The salt is not great for the kidneys, but it must be done.
The biggest concern for the dog, aside from the possibility of blockage, is the dehydration. The water to make them grow has to come from somewhere and in this case it would be from the dog. Those are not "stripes" on the side of the dog, those are his ribs.

There does not appear to be any sticky biological material on them from passing through the body, like stool or mucus which would surely clump some together. It looks more to me like someone put those up inside the dog and then filmed them coming out.
Yeah it could be but it could also be that the dog didn't have any waste prior to eating the orbeez so his gut probably just gave the orbeez the moisture which contained stomach acid and the acid melted away all the stuff from the gut lining, leaving them smooth. It probably actually cleaned him out a bit, since the acidic orbeez would scrape out and loosen any of the stool stuck to the side of the lower intestines
Nah, i saw the original video source - it was from a vet iirc. I believe the dog had to also have surgery to remove excess orbies stuck in it too. The dog was fine afterwards thankfully and it was not a setup. I could be wrong with some details as it feels ages ago since i watched the video.

He went out to poop, and passed some orbeez on the way, they thought "Oh good, he must not have swallowed too many", but when they brought him back in (which is why he's still by the door), he assumed the position and just began passing a waterfall of orbeez. The vet is laughing in shock as just a moment ago, they thought he'd only swallowed a few.

Orbees… I remember adverts all over the TV when I was younger. Meant to “massage your feet” but gel balls don’t really do much. I can’t even imagine the amount of body fluids those orbees had absorbed from that dog, no wonder the poor thing looks so skinny. I bet it’s really thirsty.
The person wearing the stethoscope is the dog's vet. The dog is a rescue (hence why it's so thin) and ate the packet of orbeez when he got to the foster family's house, so they immediately rushed him to the vet. It was too late to make him vomit, so instead he was given a bunch of high dose laxatives to try and flush them out before they absorbed too much moisture. After they were sure he had passed them, he was out on a course of fluids to replace what he'd lost to the orbeez. Everything I can find is that the treatment was effective and he recovered fine.

Look closer and you can see that the person is a veterinarian. Not only do they all wear clothing like doctor scrubs, but they also have a tag. I have never seen anyone in scrubs outside of the place of business unless they just came back from lunch or are going to lunch.😊
