This interview is one of my favorites for how human the conversation is. So much well-intentioned enthusiasm in the interviewer's questions, met by unexpected answers, leading to awkward attempts to salvage the conversation. Listened to the whole thing and I feel like I was in a coffee shop overhearing a first date going off the rails. 10/10
No offense to the guy doing the interview I appreciate the video, but you can just tell that you truly do not have any idea who this man really was or what Nirvana was truly about and that’s OK but it is evident❤
That is a really stupid takeaway. One I promise you Steve wouldn't have agreed with. But then stupid is in your name. But that's ok. It's just stupid. Thanks for listening.

@vtquest Hipster because they don't like Nirvana? What a shitty attitude. Not everybody likes the Beatles, there is something called 'individual taste'.
For such a cerebral and articulate guy, and I've watched almost all of his interviews, his naivety and uninformed opinions on the pandemic were pretty jarring.
This is a great interview with a brilliant man. Congratulations.
Nirvana starts at 30:16

Very cute ending to the interview lol.
Rest in peace Steve
This was obviously decades after his birth...clickbait title.
This comment has gone over most people’s heads lol
Lmao 😅
I already love Steve but he gain my hole hearth with the pozole stuff damm!
RIP. Great loss for music.
Steves voice sounds different...
Perhaps it’s on a radio call in show so he sounds muffled😮
Is this interview as old as this photo
Yeesh

another punk rocker who wants more rules and goverment control.
Who tf is doing the interview? I mean, dude, wtf?
i like steve's thoughts on the pandemic. our government should have put its foot down from the start.
This guy was 13 14 in the 80s
He doesn't understand time does he
didnt like nevermind? lol
ok
It was shoved down every rock fans throat back then. It wasn't until I heard Bleach and Incesticide in 1995 that I became a Nirvana fan
@@bobowrathsovine.Incesticide remains my sentimental favorite I listened to that one all through freshman year of high school in 1994
What a ridiculous, arrogant and small minded presumption. What, it's not believable that some people don't like something you happen to?
@@gargantuk hey its ok if u have poor taste. i mean its not a crime but rather unfortunate

what a rude and unprofessional interviewer!!!
Care to expand on that?
I hate Nirvarna but I always loved this man's work starting with Big Black!
Hate nirvana? Ok hipster

He is right when he criticised them signing with a major company..that was because of courtney S pressuring Kurt in my opinion…
wrong opinion...
They signed with DGC about 9 months before Kurt got together with Courtney.

So disappointing to listen how both of you got biased by the politicians who created this pandemic, other than that the interview was great
Steve’s cool but that album is evil obviously
Wait what, why lol
It has a malevolent vibe to it
thats why walmart kciked it out of their stores goddammit
