  • ✝️ “I will meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty, and on Your wondrous works.” Psalm 145 verse 5, New King James Version
Finally, good weather with clear skies and sunshine though it was still cold and windy. This hike followed the PCT towards Grasshopper Pass (at the end of the Hart's Pass road just outside of Mazama, Washington). About 2 miles along the trail, we took the boot-path to Tatie Peak. Afterwards we continued on the PCT another mile to a lovely grove of alpine larch trees where we had lunch. Then we headed back and made a quick trip up Slate Peak before calling it a day.
