Got my sizing kit on order, I’m so excited 🥰 I know people are upset about the subscription, but this is where I think other companies have given us unrealistic expectations. Think about ongoing cost of app and cloud infrastructure - it’s really not cheap. Companies offering this for free are either currently making a loss, able to swallow it because they’re a huge company, or making money in other ways (like selling your data). I expect competitors to start charging subscriptions eventually.
I’m curious as to what the benefit would be to add support for more than one ring. Personally, I love the circles feature. It allows my girls and I to create a “circle” and share data amongst our group and help keep tabs on each others progress. While it is limited to readiness, sleep and activity, I believe it’s a great start. As a parent with 2 girls away at school it gives me some comfort to know that at least they are sleeping well, active and ready for the hard program days ahead. I think adding stress would be a great addition to the circle function. That way on days that were particularly hard, I would know to call and let them vent about what made that day in particular so stressful for them. I feel that would also offer them a sense of awareness as to what triggers a stressful event and help them learn to work through it.

@@mitsu9894 Go out and look around. The vast majority of people you see are obese or al least over weight.
People do not need to be fat shamed BUT being over weight is not healthy and leads to a host of illnesses.
When you look around you can see all the unhealthy people without taking a blood test or a fitness test
"NORMAL" for the average American is "UNHEALTHY" The health of society is in decline.
I thought I'd see Celebrimbor here 😂
Very disappointed of the new gen4. No new features like NFC and payments. Also I liked that bump up, as for the inside bumps from what I’ve read a ring without it is less accurate. You don’t want to innovate anymore, other companies will take your place! ;)
They did testing comparing the gen 3 and gen 4 and found that the gen 4 had improved accuracy
@@carliemichelle19 that’s good. but the update seems more like gen 3.5, not 4. other smart rings brings nfc, or vibration motor for waking up gently in the light stage. etc.
The sleep tracking has to be at least 90 % accurate otherwise its trash
Congrats in your-
Okay, the biggest problem is price for me, so all of this doesn’t really make a difference for me to be honest
Remove subscription and we good
So there is nothing new except for the new design made of "titanium"
Sounds just like Apple marketing 🤦
Let me get this straight: You make trillions from my health data, I pay for the device you do that with, and then I pay for a month to month subscription just to ensure that while you sell my health data for trillions that you have another stream of my income? Sounds GREAT!!!..../s
No charging case? Just a friggin charging base? Straight up trash upgrade
