Hi Hiro, thanks for putting up the existing videos of your builds via Fusion 360. It's been extremely useful for new learners out there. It would be awesome if you could make more detailed footage documenting the T-60 build indeed.

Glad it could help! I've been quiet for a few weeks as I'm filming and editing a few more detailed videos of my current T-51 and Power Armor frame builds that I am sanding smooth and painting (I will eventually edit together my T-60 build footage--but I figure folks will benefit more from the newer experiences I've learned in this year). It will be up soon after the holidays. :)

I'd specifically like to know how to prepare the extracted files for 3d printing. Im trying to do it with the t-45 helmet and am not understanding how.
A start to finish tutorial would work. I'm having an issue when I smooth the surfaces, and the polygon edges separate

I can definitely put a short tutorial together, though I have never been 100% happy with the results of cleaning and prepping game rips vs modeling from scratch (one of the reasons why I started learning Fusion 360). So consider a game rip prep tutorial using blender and meshmixer on the to-do list. :)
