I did the dr sebi diet for 6 months
No meat
No hybride fruits and vegatables.
Only Complete food( complete moliculair structure.
Only dr sebi food.
I began sleeping less hours and feel great after 5/6 hours.
And i woke up by myself not with alarmclock

I’m from Jamaica and remember my grandma use to introduce us to sulphur bitters sea moss cod liver oil , black seed etc even a bush tea called moringa which is world wide and I hated them because of the taste .
