But I heard you should write a list of everything you want your partner to be amd then become that list. That way anything you're asking for, you're also capable of maintaining those things yourself. So I have a LONG way to go. I haven't changed my diet. I have sickle cell disease so I take medications. Im still on narcotics (opiods) techincally loratab as well as other medicine. I want to start my health journey and I realize anything that comes out my mouth will just me an excuse. Ive watched hours of this mans videos and have learned a lot about the way the body works and what we should be putting into our bodies and minds. And I just wanna say if Yahki ever looks at comments or anyone from the 85 South show I just wanna say thank you for being a pillar for the boack community. For spreading knowledge and laughter and love for us all to enjoy. For putting yourselves out there. We appreciate yall🫶

And even though the other brothers made jokes, maybe it helped other people break down what Yahiki was saying. It is a comedy show. So they aren’t gonna take it everything seriously but it doesn’t change the importance of the information. I liked this. I laughed and learned.
