Regular, what do you mean by a "dead pedal"? Most of the manual cars that I've driven had a footrest. Audi 80, Toyota Yaris, Volvo C70, MB C-class, you name it.
Most, but not all. The automatic Jeep Wrangler I drove didn't have a dead pedal, very uncomfortable to drive. My manual MR2 Spyder luckily has one. Apparently his Fit doesn't...
I will say, they're one of the best winter beaters you can buy 9 years later. They have insane traction with a rear locker, fat wheels from the factory for chunky snow tires, and are all around one of the most reliable cars you can buy.
Pilots are freaking awesome, idk wtf your talking about!!! Especially the 2010, the body style is great, tons of room while not being a minivan. So what you can't roast the tires off the rims!!! It still has plenty of get up, plenty of passing power on the highway, and if you treat it right and use it how its supposed to be used it will last well past 200k.

Lots of pilot owners swap bigger front calipers and drilled and slotted rotors onto them because they tend to overheat and warp easy. The last two pilots my family had with their stock brakes felt awful on deceleration to a stop, fixed by different rotors.
Automatics don't do as well with engine braking as manuals do. Torque converters are designed to send transmit power from the engine to the driveline, not the other way around.
yay now both my vehicle models have been reviewed! Pilot is the perfect complimentary car for me personally; works great in the winter and has no problem towing the track car to events, fitting 4 mtn bikes + 4 people plus camping gear...

Just when I thought RCR couldn't get any better....MOTHERFUCKIN WEEN!!!!!!! boognish will rise again.
My long time friend has one of these and sings it’s praises. I’ve always liked them, just never been able to bring myself to buy a Honda for whatever reason.
I'm currently selling my 2006 Honda Pilot with 172K miles. Sad day
Two years later: What are you driving now?
That hit way too close to home... and I kinda what to cry because I just lost my 06 pilot...
Regular, what do you mean by a "dead pedal"? Most of the manual cars that I've driven had a footrest. Audi 80, Toyota Yaris, Volvo C70, MB C-class, you name it.
hes talking about the parking break. it is a pedal break opposed to a handbreak
Most, but not all. The automatic Jeep Wrangler I drove didn't have a dead pedal, very uncomfortable to drive. My manual MR2 Spyder luckily has one. Apparently his Fit doesn't...
Haloruler64
My 96 Grand Cherokee is auto and it has a dead pedal... go figure haha
***** The Wrangler I drove was current gen. Sahara model I think.
Oh wow, that's kind of a surprise.
I will say, they're one of the best winter beaters you can buy 9 years later. They have insane traction with a rear locker, fat wheels from the factory for chunky snow tires, and are all around one of the most reliable cars you can buy.
That ending rap was amazing
This is one of my favorite videos youve made. Your extremely funny ans guve good reviews too keep it up. Now I might get a pilot.
"Normalicy". It's not quite the technically correct "normality", it's not the fashionable "normalcy". It's just kind of a verbal typo.
Pilots are freaking awesome, idk wtf your talking about!!! Especially the 2010, the body style is great, tons of room while not being a minivan. So what you can't roast the tires off the rims!!! It still has plenty of get up, plenty of passing power on the highway, and if you treat it right and use it how its supposed to be used it will last well past 200k.
secretly hoping for a bmw e91 (2006-2011 3-series wagon) review
because its what i drive
and they're damn rare
and i want poop jokes about my car DAMNIT
Move to Norway, everyfucin douche family asshat-dad drives one of those with the smallest engine and some m-look details.. pretending it's basically an M3 just some minor differences.
ddscz sddpdasdd
poop
I just got a 2006 honda pilot probably one of the best reliable vehicles I’ve ever owned I love my Honda pilot
The Vietnamese family car...
Asians in general
haha the name part got me. you need to do the Odyssey for the best name jokes
If you think about it, Pilots are awesome.
THEY IMPREGNATE THE SKY
For some reason this is my favorite one yet.
Dat Rap.
I love the The Smiths outro, nicely done
the fucking smiths parody
God damn my old boss had this suv and everytime i see one of these I think of my asshole boss. 😂
the honda pilot the suv that makes you realize that your kids don't actually want to spend that much time with you
Dad here on this 3rd Pilot (wife's daily) Current one- 13 Touring. Roof rack and ski box? check. 18" Ski boat? Check. Sunfish? Check. "Look Like" a perfect family? Check. I'd say he nailed it. Its an absolutely fantastic car and ill take it all day long over an explorer, or chevy traverse. Trying to get Mr. Regular to review my 2012 Acura TL with 6 speed manual.
I can't tell what songs The Roman bases his writing on anymore. I am so out of touch. So gloriously out of touch...
First song was an Elliott Smith song and the first exit song is The Smiths (no relation). Ironically, my two favorite artists of all time.
I'm dying at the narration. I came expecting a serious review. Lol!
Best Roman song.
Major props for the Ween cover, Romanito ;)
YOU DON'T NEED SLOTTED ROTORS DOWN SHIFT!
IT HAS 5 SPEEDS DOESN'T IT?
Lots of pilot owners swap bigger front calipers and drilled and slotted rotors onto them because they tend to overheat and warp easy. The last two pilots my family had with their stock brakes felt awful on deceleration to a stop, fixed by different rotors.
sounds like a piece of shit
down shifting thats why its there
Automatics don't do as well with engine braking as manuals do. Torque converters are designed to send transmit power from the engine to the driveline, not the other way around.
also i never said all the time just descending hills that's what i got to to do in a 94 gmc sierra and it has 225k and counting
yay now both my vehicle models have been reviewed! Pilot is the perfect complimentary car for me personally; works great in the winter and has no problem towing the track car to events, fitting 4 mtn bikes + 4 people plus camping gear...
You should try to get a Ford Explorer sport trac and see how many jokes you can crack about it being a try hard truck but doesn't achieve that status lol. My friend just sold his not too long ago, bought a 350z. But it was just a funny truck.
or subaru baja, or a failed attempt at subaru baja aka saw a mercury sable wagon with the back trunk chopped off with a wooden trunk
"Slaw enforcement" is so brilliant. Roman's best in the game, frfr
My Honda Fit has a 5 speed AND a dead pedal.
So does my toyota yaris
Yours is probably newer
michael adams Mine has a carbon-carbon bonded diff
my 5speed civic has a dead pedal also.
That Ween cover! Nice job Roman.
Isn't it just a re-badged isuzu rodeo?
No, that was the passport.
This is a re-badged MDX
BiffBallbag No an MDX is an luxury version of the Honda pilot.
dragkid185 MDX was released first
BiffBallbag Well it's not a re-badged mdx because it looks nothing like it. Funny enough the pilot is based on the mdx platform and the mdx platform is based off of honda/acura's mid-size car platform.
my parents have a newer honda pilot. it's used for road trips and towing a jetski during the summer. spot on. Its an awesome car though.
