    材料:8个马蹄,200克肉碎,菜心1大把,6瓣大蒜
    1)马蹄切碎,加入200克肉碎,半勺胡椒粉,1勺芝麻香油,1勺酱油,1勺玉米淀粉,抓拌均匀腌制10分钟
    2)菜心切成小粒,大蒜切成末
    3)热锅倒入多一点油,放入肉饼,用小火慢煎,煎至两面微焦,切成小块,取出来沥干油份
    4)锅中留下少许油,放入蒜末爆香,放入菜心翻炒,加入一勺蚝油,继续翻炒至变软,最后放入煎好的肉饼,快速的翻炒均匀就可以出锅啦
