材料:400克五花肉,4个豆腐,1小块生姜,6瓣大蒜,少许青葱
酱汁:1勺半蚝油,1勺酱油,1勺黑酱油,1勺白糖,100ml 清水
1)五花肉切成片,豆腐切成小块
2)生姜切片,大蒜切成蒜末
3)热锅倒油,放入姜蒜爆香,放入五花肉炒至微焦,放入豆腐炒至变香,倒入准备好的酱汁翻拌煮开,盖上盖子焖2分钟
4)加入水淀粉勾芡,煮至酱汁浓稠就可以出锅了,最后撒上青葱

Sauce: 1 and a half spoons of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 100ml of water
1) Cut the pork belly into slices and cut the tofu into small pieces
2) Slice ginger and mince garlic
3) Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant, add pork belly and stir-fry until slightly charred, add tofu and stir-fry until fragrant, pour in the prepared sauce, stir and bring to boil, cover and simmer for 2 minutes
4) Add water starch to thicken the sauce, cook until the sauce thickens and serve. Finally, sprinkle with green onions.
