      Modern architecture lacks creativity and definitely wont age well. Historical homes were built by artists. Now everything is bland and looks exactly the same as every other house and building.

    Do they do housing tours? Also, that ball room would be perfect to open a historical tea house. I know plenty of people who would come to experience that. Two ways to make good money and boost appreciation for the home.
