Thank you for sharing here in Chicago. The duplex here looks really nice. The bathrooms with the double sinks are very nice. And yes having a seat area in one if the showers is cute. Along with the heated flooring in a bathroom is needed. The terrace in the back of the condo is gorgeous. Again, thank you for showing.

So that is NOT a large fan with lights?
Not sure what I feel about the stair diving the living areas but the railing is so cool. Overall the interior is cool and soothing. The shaded outer area is such a nice idea.

my favorite part of this house is the black and white kitchen it looks personality and contemporary. I agree with Andrei the kitchen is amazing, the designer uses differently structured grey, starting from the painting and the couch and the cabinet and using it to the entire house. very layering.

It's great to see some places that are in the same price point as my own home. They have great design cues for people who have a more modest renovation budget. (Aside from that super fancy stove!)

So basically a million five hundred ask to live in a basement? The common spaces are nice and it’s a great size, but half the apartment (and all the bedrooms) are below grade. It’s going to be very dark and there’s going to be issues with mold and water damage (not to mention rodents) 1.45 seems excessive compared to what’s on the market at the moment. 🤷♂️
A+ location, super wide layout, and top quality finishes all come at a premium price.

@@keithss67 i guess its all relative. Try looking at a similar space in NYC, Boston, or Philadelphia and you'll know what I mean.

@@keithss67 it really depends on the location and what you're looking for. For the same price you could get an 8,000 sqft mansion on a 2 acre plot with pool and guest house in the area around Dallas. Or you can get a nice condo in Chicago, or you can get a 2 bedroom hole in the wall in NYC.
Did that range an injustice with such an ugly hood, um no the island is still huge should probably always give measurements
