future skate 😂😂 can relate I live on the coast in Canada and we have to de-Ice our lines and rod eyes every drift when we go out but we do indeed usually get 10 steelhead days
I love this channel. You guys take the mystery out of this stuff and show how anyone can do it! Thanks I love what you post! We all have a spinner in our box, or a worm, something just fish! Love it
I just want to thank you guys for the sportsman bash in roseburg! The girlfriend and i learned alot about steelhead fishing and new strategies! We also thank you for the giving your products out and I cant wait to use that filet mat with all those kokanee! It was a long drive but we learned new tricks and even got to fish for a steelhead but to no avail. Nice meeting you gentlemen and did jordan cast his spinner first or last! Now i attack fishing holes diffefently thanks to you guys. By the way Jordan nice Ironhead! Tight lines, the bullship
I just want to say all of you are incredible anglers and want to thank you so much for all of your content! I am active duty Navy and literally y'all have helped me out a ton, I am from the PNW and anytime I want a true feeling of home with great education and entrainment I go to you channel! Actually, your channel has allowed me to connect with quite a few people and I will actually be discharging from the Navy and moving to Kalama, WA in October and would absolutely love to connect with y'all, do some bobber dogging, or maybe some 360 but I honestly just want to thank you all for all of your content and hope to run into y'all on the river one day! Thanks Addicted one addict to many others! Tight lines.
Winter steelhead fishing in the midwest is cold! We have to deal with eyelets freezing every single drift. Most of us wrap our float rods with recoil guides just to combat eyelet freeze up
I love your channel and Ive been following for years! You guys are major steelhead advocates..Just noting that those small trout are more fragile than you’d think and it’s best to just let them slide into the water for the release nice and gently just to make sure they don’t get too shocked
Looks like a fun river to fish. Had a blast fishing with Jordan recently. Learned a lot. Looking to fish more worms and beads for steelhead. Keep the great content coming. Cheers.
Boys i didn't know coming to Canada was an option. I am gonna be living on Vancouver Island starting next month, you guys should come on over there sometime. Lots of really good salmon, trout and steelie rivers to be fished!
It was amazing getting to see you guys on one of my Rivers hoping to see that video in the next couple days if it's not this one but this one will probably be on one of my River since you guys were in this neck of the woods can't wait
Other than the one you guys actually landed... that is exactly how all of my steelhead trips went this year.... some smolt, a cutthroat and one big hookup.
In Canada we think you guys have more fish lol. Been a pretty week run up here. Steelheading is getting skunked on 9/10 trips. What we need is some serious broodstocking
Mostly the Vedder River. Been a pretty weak run of fish this year. Between that and the washed out clay banks It’s been tuff out there. Not saying I’m not finding fish but it’s required much more effort than previous years
I have the metal head addiction affliction myself. I caught it 36 years ago and had the opportunity to fish with anglers like Jim breadberry Jed Davis Nick amato meeting them on our local rivers in our quest for metal heads I have been away from home now for three years I stay connected to home and my addiction, affliction thank you for the videos I'll see ya on the water soon as the memory of a March morning hooking and landing my personal best spring native who measured out 42 and 3/4 in in length 28 and 1/2 in in girth and releasing him back into the river still puts a smile on my face.
Anthony Bitzer ey Vancouver here to man! I’ve been going to Wilson river a lot lately haven’t had to much luck(bank fishing). But the guys on boats been slayin em!
Should make a trip to Nova Scotia, there’s some awesome salmon fishing up here, trout too ! I’m hooked on your videos now, super informative and entertaining for a newbie like me ! I must say Jordan makes the videos for me 😊
Haha....I knew right away that wasn’t in Canada! Hate to say it but we have slower days than that with fewer fish in our rivers cause our hatcheries are regulated to release less fish than the States.
Are you in the chilliwack area ? Or the Squamish area? If you do come back to the vancouver bc area a place to check out is the upper Pitt river , all wild fish no hatcheries, A great dolly varden river
I would be great if you guys do a PSA video of best practices handling wild steelhead - keep em wet and all that. Might be a great chance to plug your nets ;)
Nah bros, in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) there's lots of days when lots of fish are in the river and just won't bite anything at all. Water conditions could be perfect, a little bit stained and not low or high, and all they've got on their minds is moving upstream to spawn, won't touch a thing. There's other days when water is crystal clear and low, fish are sitting in the holes waiting for rain and you can get them, but it's not easy. A lot of patience and pretty much throw everything in the tackle box at them. The odd times when conditions are just right and they're on the bite, I've landed a dozen out of 20 or so being on. Been out there many times and got skunked, and all the other fishermen I spoke with had the same thing. That's why it's called fishing, not catching LOL 😂😂
I really want to go stealheading I have never gone I live in Utah and all we have are trout which are fun to catch don’t get me wrong but I want to try something new
When you guys fish a single bead under a bobber. Is that bead supposed to be suspended or do you have it dragging on the bottom??? Super confused thanks
Jordan eating his sandwich butt first like a good predator does, haha. I may be heading to Canada in a week or two. If you guys do actually go there some day, go all the way north. Spring is tougher fishing than fall but there are less people.
You do not have to go to northern bc, just the vancouver area is fine , lots of rivers feeding into the Fraser, the Chilliwack area is close to sumas Washington, Mt baker, just check out youtube videos, the chilliwack vedder rivers, The harrison river, Chehalis river, and of fourteen the mighty fraser river check out barr fishing on it youtube also , and if you want to do a fishing and ski trip past vancouver on the way to Whistler the Squamish river plus others
Just wondering if you were using trebles on that spinner? Love the catch and release and the guiding into the net, but the fish has a pretty bad looking left eye.
Y’all haven’t fished cold weather till you have to clean ice from your line every other drift🤣 shout out to all my Great Lakes steelheaders.
Not this year we had pretty mild temps this year in the PNW
Daniel Cole we’ve had some pretty brutal days here in Toronto
future skate 😂😂 can relate I live on the coast in Canada and we have to de-Ice our lines and rod eyes every drift when we go out but we do indeed usually get 10 steelhead days
Lake O tribs been mild weather this year. Try and spray some olive oil on your guides.
Sometimes it gets cold out here were you have to put your rod in the creek to unthaw those eyelets! Tight lines, The Bullship
I love little and how he gets excited when his dad hooks a fish
“If you ain’t fishin grey you ain’t fishin”
Love it. Gotta get out there

He’s taught me so much and he’s rowed the boat for so many it feels right in the universe when he catches.
Thank you guys for posting all of these videos they helped me catch my first steelhead on Saturday they are awesome keep making them
Winter steelhead fishing in the midwest is cold! We have to deal with eyelets freezing every single drift. Most of us wrap our float rods with recoil guides just to combat eyelet freeze up
Let Little ruff it out boys! Love that dog

You lads are the best! Absolutely love your enthusiasm, knowledge, and dedication. And your pup seems to enjoy catching fish as much as both of you!
I caught a few steelhead last week on tiny little cleos at first light, very awesome.
Killer episode addicted crew! That trout take down on that plug though🤣
I purchased a cradle net last night. I checked for them every time I watched you guy. I can't wait to receive it. Thanks guys.
Boys i didn't know coming to Canada was an option. I am gonna be living on Vancouver Island starting next month, you guys should come on over there sometime. Lots of really good salmon, trout and steelie rivers to be fished!

Awesome dog.
I love little’s excitement! Hoping my little pup turns into that awesome of a fishing buddy!

That bag of floats!!!!!
Hey guys, please note that IF you fish in BC, you're only allowed to fish a single barbless hook presentation in our freshwater systems!
It was a joke. We’re in Washington.
Addicted Fishing you guys had me fooled, until later when you said you weren’t catching enough fish to be in BC 🤣
finally hooked my first two adults of the season on my local stream in Cali. with no rain the fishing's been slow
Love the videos of you two. Reminds me of just going out there fishing with the homies
you guys need to come up to the rapids in sault ste marie when the border opens again

Frasier River Eh ? British Columbia Eh ?
Haha....I knew right away that wasn’t in Canada! Hate to say it but we have slower days than that with fewer fish in our rivers cause our hatcheries are regulated to release less fish than the States.
