World's Worst Public Art That You Never Heard Of (Madrid, Spain)

In a plaza out of the normal tourist circuit in Madrid, the capital of Spain, you will find a silent, and immobile golden column standing in the middle. It was supposed to be the most symbolic representation of the city, created by the most celebrated architect of the nation, but now, it is a sad reminder of all the potential it could have been, evidenced by a 3.2 Google Maps review score.

The economy isn't good. They take on a lot of debt. The Euros are losing value.
