aircraft usually need to accelerate to build up energy before doing a single Immelman, but from 1:57 onwards this F-15 did a slow speed pass, then went straight up to a DOUBLE IMMELMAN maneuver. What is wrong with this pilot, I love it
@jordonstalder9566 GE f 110-129's. Slightly more power and a completely different low pressure compressor section that midagates compressor stall at high alpha.
i've seen a puny Pakistani Chinese jet JF-17 do a slow pass and then do a climb right after, although it doesn't show to be nearly as comfortable in climbing after a slow pass as F15...
It will be hilarious when the first Opfor fighter encounters an F-15EX at Red flag thinking it is just and F-15 and finds out the hard way that the EX is not your dad's Eagle.
Remember people, airspeed down the intakes of the jet engine is as the RPMs if your car are. Hp =Torque x RPM . that airplane climbing like that after a slow flight manuver is like a muscle car outrunning a 392 hemi challenger without breaking 1700 Rpm. That's amazing and it needs to be recognized

Most power f 15 in the world 65000 lbs trust from twin engines in full af the same as su 57 and su 35 but becouse eagle is 4 ton lighter better trust to weight ratio...🎉
I don’t know why F-15s don’t have the maneuver slats on their forward wings even now.. It would dramatically decrease the induced drag on high AOA, so that it can increase performance abilities..strange…
Because the lift of F-15 was big enough so it didn’t need any trick to get more the lift. In same standard, the weight of F-15 is as same as MiG-29( US Standard =12.7t, Soviet Standard =11.9t, both)
@@grigor.h3929 Yea..I've heard about it from the manufacturer in advertising senses 30 years ago.. At that time, It was absolutely enough to cope with the Soviet fighter. So, leading edge slats weren't needed. But for present days, It becomes needed. Every fighter jet produced at present in the world has maneuver slats and fly by wire system, It is almost the standard.. And as you know..the slats's major purpose is to decrease the induce drag at high AOA, so it allow higher AOA ends up to increase the lift..
@@증걸대라쫌 There is another way to keep speed when reaching high AoA , increase the thrust power to recover the energy fast. Because the weight of F-15, there is not so much difference between those two ways. And the new F-15EX uses the active edges of the air intake to control the lifting body and can keep high AoA levels like F-18 dose.
@@증걸대라쫌 I always found it strange, as well. The plane would fare a bit better at high AOA with slats, although the F15's fixed leading edge bends slightly downwards. The QA version does have Fly By Wire controls and I think I read that its stability has been reduced to increase responsiveness.
@@stefanoallari2154 Well, I think it's a very compelling reason. McDonnell Douglas, who created the masterpiece F4 Phantom, did not initially install slats on the Phantom, but later added a gun and slats while making the F4E version. However, F4E's maneuverability improved, but it was less stable, which intensified the phenomenon such as Adverse Yaw, and accidents caused by out of control occurred more often. However, this phenomenon has also become controllable with the introduction of the fly-by-wire system, so all current fighters are equipped with slats by default. I think adding slats is just because it soars development costs. It will work, but it's too expensive.
I was following the trending on Twitter about this display.. learn to read. They've never seen this airframe maneuver like that. Which is surprising because almost the whole difference can be attributed to the change in control system. A really good F-15C pilot CAN do all this, but it's really tough to do it safely because it's easy to lose control at those AoA
@@appa609 sure, mate I can comprehend what you try to express. But IMHO I don't see anything "superlative" on these maneuvers honestly, F-22 can outperform this plane so easily. There’s nothing 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s, 2010’s technology about this aircraft. The Qatari F-15’s are the most advanced F-15’s built.
