Well the recent trailer did confirmed that we will only going to get are characters from PAST MARIO KART GAMES, which officially deconfirmed Tour characters to be in the pass now.
I actually hope they add Kamek. I think it would be cool. I’d also like to see the characters you mentioned, though I don’t know how many characters they’re gonna add in the DLC waves. I’m pretty happy they’re going to add Birdo. I think she’ll be a nice edition to the game.
I think Diddy Kong and Petey Piranha are locks for the Booster Course Pass. Funky Kong I definitely think is another must and I can also see them adding Pauline and Kamek.

They should add more karts and bikes. I’d love to ride on the Mach bike or flame runner again :(
I think ROB would be great, but I don’t think he’ll make it in mainly due to how awkward it would be to get him on a motorcycle
