GG! I was practicing this level for a while back in the day like when it was first coming out and got onto the leaderboards with the number 1 position for all 3 coins! It's probably the only time that'll ever happen for me lol

I first heard about this level when watching a video of someone beating every demon nine circles level. But there's a disclaimer at the beginning that said "i wont be including nine circlex becuz its an embarasment of a level and i cant beat it". And after watching a video of it, I was *really* confused. Because he included *Down Bass* , as well as every other unbalanced and bad Nine Circles level. The fact he considers THIS to be the worst doesn't make any sense. So I'm happy to hear you talk positively about it.

This isn't about Down Bass being better or worse, I just said it's considered to have unbalanced and cancerous gameplay, or in other words, "not fun". If you enjoy it and are consistent with the gameplay, great. But that doesn't mean it's ""factually"" good just because *you* are different. Same goes the other way, by the way. It's not ""factually"" bad either, but because the way humans are built, the majority find it annoying, which isn't their fault. It's like me saying "tomatoes are FACTUALLY bad!!" Annoying is Zobros bread n butter. Idk why that's some of his favorite gameplay style. Always parts that make my cheeks clinch. Once you get it though it can be fun. Dude was an underated player who liked intricate stuff
I also think this is a Hard insane, not quite an extreme cuz it might be consistently Hard but the gaps are not as tight as some extremes in which there are parts that are easier but also ones with really tight gaps so yea
I would say that this level is like old cataclysm difficulty and not nearly as new cata difficulty. I spent around 2500 atts on this before I beat auditory breaker. So yeah, just giving my personal opinion.
Maybe one thing why people hate on this level is that they wanted to see zobros upload this on his account but yea everybody knows he wanted viprin to up it
This is an extreme for sure, but I dont think it is harder than Acu or New Cata though, and if your on 60 hertz, most of the parts are hard on new cata as well and the last ship is ridiculously hard

This level is also really underrated on IDL even now after multiple raises, I think this is likely harder than 'Mania.' Eric says its harder than Infinite circles v2, which is 28 on the IDL. I think the reason people find levels like this easier is they usually have completed extremes that make them better at this kind of gameplay, same thing goes for many BOTC levels, like buff this, or clubstep reborn, and they happen to be most of the victors of these levels.
Crimson Clutter is easier than this. This is one of those levels where if you haven't played it, you wouldn't understand. It's much harder than it looks.
i've beaten both. NCX was harder than i thought it would be, but i wouldn't say hard enough to be extreme. everyone has different experiences with levels tho so agree to disagree i suppose
to evw and everyone: try chroma it's a really easy insane demon with amazing gameplay and deco the deco in some parts could hurt your eyes a little bit but you can turn on uldm to fix that there's also chroma II chroma finale which are extreme demons but i haven't tried them i idk anything about them
To me, I think it’s an inconsistent insane demon, it skirts the line of insane/extreme demon. I think a more logical approach in getting better at nine circles levels is doing this: poltergeist, catastrophic, crimson clutter, and down bass. After that, you kinda have the freedom to do any of the harder circles levels really, because after doing these 4 levels, you would have the fundamentals to do harder extreme demon circles levels.
I also think it's just a very hard insane demon, there are many harder insane demons than NCX, and the only reason NCX is harder than stuff like Cataclysm and Acu is bcz those are extreme just bcz the community thinks they are, when in reality they should probably be insane demons at this point. Also thanks to EVW every single nine year old is gonna call NCX extreme which is going to be very annoying.

Try abandoned planet, one of the easiest nc extreme demon. It's really inconsistent though, one part of the wave has sonic wave type difficulty but the others are easier than nine circles x
I played this level just to get an opinion on whether this is extreme or not, I am now the only person in the world with 69% on the level right now 😎I think this is a bit to easy for extreme demon, however I would still like to see it as an extreme demon. Nine circles itself is quite an easy hard demon so it would be pretty fitting if the official sequel is also one of the easiest of its respective difficulty. Also bare in mind the pre-drop is actually so much harder than it looks lmao

I personally like this level and I'm trying to beat it as my new hardest! Jumping from Supersonic/Crazy II (idk whats harder)
Personally, I found supersonic harder to beat.
