I tried the 10 minute split stretches hack and I started about where Megan was before. I could definitely see improvement but I didn't get all the way down. But, I'm not blaming the hack as I definitely did get farther down. I'm going to try this every day for a week and see what happens! I've been trying split stretches videos for ages and this hack has by far made the most improvement and in such a short time! I'll let y'all know how it goes after a week!🤸🏼❣️

I know probably nobody will read this because I'm late but I have tips!: If you're like me and after stretching alot you get sore do your normal everyday stretching then only push to discomfort and hold for 10 - 20 secs then take a quick break and keep doing it and it somehow I improved more quick. Last year during the summer, I did a week of gymnastics camp and I met a few ppl that were rlly nice and we got a 30 min break for lunch and to talk with our friends. Some of us brought our phones to watch RUclips and tiktok. While we were eating lunch, me and my friends were stretching and we moved to splits, (I was the only one there that had my splits down so everyone was a little shocked) One of my friends asked how learned to do my splits and I showed her this video and we did the stretches together. while we were doing the stretches, she kept saying that if this works then I’m a magician. When we were done she tried doing the splits and she had them all the way down without much pain and she almost screamed cuz of how shocked she was that she could now do it. Fast forward an hr ago and my friend from school asked how to do the splits and we ft together and she was also much better! Thanks guys!

I didn’t think I was able to get my splits and then I saw this video and it seemed kind of inspiring. I did this for about 2-3 days and I got my left splits and I’ll be doing this even more to achieve my right leg splits. Thanks so much!!! Don’t believe that you can’t do it because YOU WILL!!! WOW! The first flexibility hack was effective! I was about 5 inched off the ground with my weak leg and after doing that hack, I went to about 2 inches off the ground! I will continue to do this hack again tomorrow. Soon I will have both of my splits! Thank you for this video! Love you guys!
I tried all of the hacks in the video, and surprisingly, I finally got my splits!!!! I also got my scorpion for about a second longer on the sond tutorial, and the dance stretch thingy definetly worked for me! I am definetly going to rewatch this video everyday to get more flexible. Most of these hacks were awesome! I think you should do skill hacks next, like what hacks you can do to improve in a gymnastics skill or to get it. Love u guys!
Leila Milkic i really had to try on the stretches instead of being lazy like normal 😜 otherwise it wouldnt work Now aftee doing these stretches for a week, to get my splits i jist have to stretch by doing the runner lunge, then the standing pike stretch, and then the hamstring stretch. Well for middle splits both left and right legs have to be flexible because its the flexibility of both legs so my suggestion for you is to do left/right leg splits and sit in a straddle and get your nose to touch your knees and hold that position for whatever length you prefer! hope this helps
I will be doing this for 5 days to see if I can get it! Day 1 So I did not get the splits but went almost to the ground and I could not even put my legs apart before. Day 2 I am one inch off the ground I think this hack is working I’m super excited and I think I’m either gonna get it today or tomorrow! Day 3 I still did not get my splits but super close definitely hold you split for a minute if you wanna get it sooner!

I'll try the first one and I'll edit if I made it Nope dident make it.but I know another way that works for me to get further down to my splits 1.hold lunge for a minute 2.do the hamstring strech for a minute then when you are done go to your splits for like 5 seconds then take two pillows and place them.on the floor and do overspends for 20seconds at 6 seconds with lifting your hand of the floor and pushing a little I hope that helped😊
Thanks to ONLY the 1st stretch test, I got my splits! And I come back to this video every morning JUST to stretch my splits! I had a limit of a week to get my splits before I start ballet. Remember... They didn't say that you would magically achieve the splits immediately after these hacks. In fact, they didn't say you'd achieve anything at all. They only said they were testing hacks they found on Pinterest. All you guys putting out, "Fake," "didn't work," and all that, maybe it just didn't work for you because of your current facility in flexibility. If it worked for them, maybe it's because they're gymnasts, and have been practicing flexibility for years, rather than some person binge watching YT vids and hoping to get the splits in ten minutes. That is literally physically impossible.
I am not very flexible- I’m about 30cm off the ground if my legs are straight and about 20cm if there bent. I will document how I do each day here- Day 1: Started off at 30 cm when legs are straight ended up with about 25cm when legs straight! Didn’t realise how hard it is! Day 2: Unfortunately I didn’t have time to do the stretches today 😭! My legs haven’t been aching that much- I don’t really feel much!
Robin Urlings you overstretched, I did the same with my hamstrings 3 days ago and they were so tight the next day that I could hardly walk, especially the first couple of seconds when I start moving. The key is to give your muscles rest but also keep them warm so some light exercise is good. I've done some light cardio yesterday and the day before and some really light yoga afterwards and it's already ways less tight and even quite flexible again when I'm properly warmed up
I did the split stretch on both legs everyday for a whole week and I got my splits and with a few lunges every week I have managed to keep them and get a high over split 😀 so thank you 😂💛

Yhe hacks actually works, you just really have to feel the stretch even if it hurts you have to feel numb from the pain for a better result

Well for middle splits both left and right legs have to be flexible because its the flexibility of both legs so my suggestion for you is to do left/right leg splits and sit in a straddle and get your nose to touch your knees and hold that position for whatever length you prefer! hope this helps

Nope dident make it.but I know another way that works for me to get further down to my splits 1.hold lunge for a minute 2.do the hamstring strech for a minute then when you are done go to your splits for like 5 seconds then take two pillows and place them.on the floor and do overspends for 20seconds at 6 seconds with lifting your hand of the floor and pushing a little I hope that helped😊

If it worked for them, maybe it's because they're gymnasts, and have been practicing flexibility for years, rather than some person binge watching YT vids and hoping to get the splits in ten minutes.

I am not very flexible- I’m about 30cm off the ground if my legs are straight and about 20cm if there bent. I will document how I do each day here-
Day 1:
Started off at 30 cm when legs are straight ended up with about 25cm when legs straight! Didn’t realise how hard it is!
Day 2:
Unfortunately I didn’t have time to do the stretches today 😭! My legs haven’t been aching that much- I don’t really feel much!

Robin Urlings you overstretched, I did the same with my hamstrings 3 days ago and they were so tight the next day that I could hardly walk, especially the first couple of seconds when I start moving. The key is to give your muscles rest but also keep them warm so some light exercise is good. I've done some light cardio yesterday and the day before and some really light yoga afterwards and it's already ways less tight and even quite flexible again when I'm properly warmed up
