I can attest to proper maintenance Pat. I have a seventeen year old car that I have maintained since new with six figure reading on the odometer. Folks believe it’s a new car as the paint has been maintained, interior maintained, leather seats original with no cracks and I will still drive it cross country with no issues. My year maintenance budget is around eleven hundred dollars annually, including oil changes, tires, fluid flushing. Of course I probably am annal when it comes to maintaining everything.

Thanks , I appreciate you sharing your knowledge. I know you had a modern Camaro . I have a 2019 Grand Sport , can you do a video on how to add more affordable HP & torque to a Vette or Camaro ??

Before the pandemic I looked at a 4 yr old car . It was a certified used but when I asked could I look at the paperwork to see what was done to the car. They refused but walked off so I looked at paperwork it had 3 owners the dealer was trying to sell it to me for 30 grand but when car was new it was 23 grand

There are dealers that will certify cars that just don't qualify for it. Like everything else, it's buyer beware. Take the car to your trusted mechanic, regardless of any certification.

Is Wynn's sold in California, I remember back in the late 60's when I was in high school, I worked at a Phillips 66 station and we sold Wynn's products. I haven't seen this product in parts stores in a awhile.

Yes Pat I have a 1987 Jeep Wrangler 258 cubic in engine 4.2 6cyl. I recently put in a New (brand New ) Carburator and fuel pump. Long story but ever since I got her I've had people come and put bangs on the top of the hood, steal gas from me ruining the gas guage, and cutting gas hose , there was not an electrical problem when. First got her but seems to be afterwards. Anyhow I'm trying to do what's best for her I've spent way too much money for my Jeep cause of those whom I do not know touching , even those whom I do know but don't know what they are doing. I'm sick of all this.
My question 1) since I've changed the carburator.and put in new fuel pump
Which type of oil do I need . Being an old oder jeep would you still use the full synthetic oil. ?
S: The auto mechanic place I bought her from is a scandalous business. ! I will be putting in my review in the BBB.
    Thank you
