This is actually a special camera called the GlamBot, many veteran actors have been scared of it because it gets really close really fast. Cole is the creator of this camera that’s why he’s the only one that uses it and that’s why he’s always there.
Like the other commenter said, he was explaining what she should expect because this is not a normal camera and it can be very startling. He's reiterating the instructions because the actor has a literal second to complete their action and getting tripped on what to do can require a reshoot and cost them all time. Point is, he was not at fault here. And the annoyed "okay" wasn't something to blame on him.

This is actually a special camera called the GlamBot, many veteran actors have been scared of it because it gets really close really fast. Cole is the creator of this camera that’s why he’s the only one that uses it and that’s why he’s always there.
Like the other commenter said, he was explaining what she should expect because this is not a normal camera and it can be very startling. He's reiterating the instructions because the actor has a literal second to complete their action and getting tripped on what to do can require a reshoot and cost them all time. Point is, he was not at fault here. And the annoyed "okay" wasn't something to blame on him.
