Let your tungsten rod that is in torch, go in, and not so far out, you wil weld better on the aluminum, it wil not melt it so fast, then you wil get n more better run of welding
The gas can as an arm rest while TIG welding! what a legend, definitely not OSH approved but also, realistically not that dangerous. love the homebrew construction and owning your mistakes, mistakes are only mistakes if you don't learn from them! another pie cut or two and you'd have that exhaust clear well enough without ruining the flow.

Amen. Took me 4 hours to change my tires today. I truth I had to take the rear for air only cause my compressor wasn't strong enough to seat the bead and that was an hour.
Nice work Vasily! It’s definitely a small frame to fit that twin into, I like your carb extensions you welded on, good way to get them to clear the frame. I liked how you called out some of the dumb stuff people say in the comments 😂
Wait 2 into one exhaust doesn't work on a two stroke. You need backpressure from the exhaust for the full potential of your engine. That's why Banshee's have two separate pipes.
We all make mistakes brother. We learn from them and then we find a workaround. Thank you for including that in the video, as I was not aware that aluminum burn was possible. The build is badass, and I'm looking forward to the next video man.
Blew a hole in my groms case a couple weeks ago and now you got my head turning. Might do something similar, keep up the great work! love seeing the builds!
I love that you actually make your own stuff. So many you-tubers just buy their stuff. Big deal. Let's see them succeed by fabricating their own stuff. Great job!!
for the wheel clearance, you can do something that wont impede flow: squish the tube. the flow wont change if it's running in an oval pipe. you can also rebuild the 2 in 1 header with more downwards angle... or run the 2 in 1 lower down, since the expansion only begins below the engine. finally you have an inch of clearance behind and half one above the engine, so you can shift the whole engine, backwards and point the engine downwards at the same time. doing most of the above should get you 2 inches of clearance at least. or make some blocks to raise the fork. making this thing a little bit more stable wont be too bad.
Maybe you could cut the frame at the head tube and move it 1in to 1/2in out for pipe clearance and tuck the pipe up under the motor a little more for ground clearance but this thing is absolutely awesome 🔥🔥🔥
Man is that some janky shit goin on......fekin love it. If it was a pristeen build with perfect welding (although yours ain't bad) and engineered magnificence it wouldn't be believable......this is so much better. Millimeter clearances and using an acetone can as an arm rest......love your work dude.
When cutting aluminium with an abrasive disc try to use bar soap. Cut into it a little bit with your disc every now and then and you'll see the difference in performance.
Your builds are so cool. One thing you should check is to see if your pipe drags when the forks are compressed and the bike is leaned towards the pipe. That would simulate braking hard in a turn. You definitely don't want to find out while you're actually braking in a turn.
If it's only a couple of tubes you can just weld them shut if you can get in there without damaging the other tubes it's easy on a brass and copper you just heat the header where the tube goes in pull the tube out and fill it in with solder
Thats awesome. I put a cbr600rr motor in a blaster years ago. This reminds me of that. Be careful kid. Split my collar bone into 3 pieces on that unit.
The bike is looking absolutely epic (a very serious mini rocket)! Would it be possible to flatten out the large exhaust chamber - not removing material or decreasing exhaust volume, just flattening it out for ground clearance?
Not the best but works good enough for most. If you're competing and need everything you can get or is just anal about it then you want individual pipes.
You could chop the frame at the front and rake the head angle out so you gain more clearance for the exhaust pipes can't wait for you to work out the kinks and see a full send video
Sick build!!! Welding next to my bike faded the plastics. And I think it can also destroy your camera. Intense UV can be very bad to a lot of things around you.
1:40 i'm sitting here talking to myself like omg how is he just gunna shove a bolt and engine mount to the frame without a bushing!?@#!@?# and then i was immediately like cheering to myself in my office lol
Yeah.. you're either spinning the wheel or the clutch. It's gonna be hard to keep things from spinning. loll; because it's so light, and such a small tire. Pretty sweet build though. You can always upgrade to a much softer tire. They get a much better grip, but the downside is that they don't last as long, and they can be a little more expensive. But that could be a good upgrade once this tire gets bare-- which it will if you ride it a lot; just do some research on tires and you'll find a good upgrade. I was putting soft tires on my 99 CBR 900, and I would go through tires almost every other year; (but that's also because I rode it like a maniac).

You really only need to be able to reach one choke. I never once used both. Looks awesome man. That pipe sounds great.
your skills are amazing for someone so young. Mate you have a very bright future ahead of you... 😎👍
Oval exhaust piping my man. The volume and flow is identical to circular piping, and perfect for your clearance issue!
