I’ve fitted a XR200 engine in a CRF100, best to use a heat gun or hair dryer to heat up the area and push in with a bit of wood. Works perfectly and no leaks
Epoxy wont hold up against gasoline, you can however plastic weld the tank. If it is the right kind of plastic, that won't be too costly, I did the same with some stepper motor housings using a soldering iron and some zip ties as filler😂
This fkn thing is going to be amazing when it's all done.... I'd love to see it as a Supermoto, that would be beautiful w/ those ridiculously wide pipes. 😍😁

An awesome build Vasily! You really need to try a 2 into 1 pipe like a Dynoport for your bike.....this will give you much better bottom end power with the same Banshee-like topend. The Shearer pipes are more mid-top rpm pipes.

Ive been talking to a snowbike group the last week about how interesting it would be to see a banshee motor with twin Lectron carbs (they do make a lot) in a bike frame on a Timbersled kit.
I bet your neighbors loved you after that run 😂. Awesome bike though I always thought someone should do a twin cylinder 2 stroke dirt bike build. Though I was thinking with a 600cc snowmobile motor. Problem is it doesn’t have gears. So this would be better.
Hey man so cool love the channel! one tip I'd recommend get a cheap solder iron I'm sure you have one infact but practice plastic welding that tank could be sealed up nicely just wear protection and test for leaks with water
I know yo you were in a rush, but fatigue can be costly! When you were drilling on the frame I saw it coming right before it twist you up!😅 close! I almost lost my hand with a grinder at it happened just that fast.. safety first! Great job ! Much love !✌️

Thats pure madness. Those exhaust don't seem to be confortable, if I were you I would try to relocate them, altough i know it isn't an easy task.

Dynaport made a 2-1 pipe for the banshee that sounded Sick. Also they made a single carb intake for banshee as well. Worked really well.
This gets me sooo pumped me and my buddy are about to throw a banshee motor in a rm250 roller!!
Well at least you got the hard part finished! I would make a tank, make sure jetting is good, extend the swing arm, paddle tire, and do some drags!

That would work. Snowmobiles have twins and triples with a single pipe. Yamaha even had a 4 cylinder, but I’m not sure how many pipes they ran.

Very nice build ! If this can help, epoxy don’t glue on polyethylene gas tank. You can only melt on another part with hot air gun or welder.
