I think its fine. Whats not fine is emoting at the entrance of the “gate?” thing and basically taunting the hunter, running around inside the gate being all annoying. Because when I play as hunter, the feeling I get is “its so close yet so far”, I can chase them but they’ll just leave and ill be even more mad, or I can let them be and ill be even more mad. It agitates me so much.

I think you're reading the part where she's the only one who can put it away. Any other survivor can use it, however anyone who uses it has to wait about 20 seconds before they can use it again, including Annie
