Very good video, and will watch more of them. When does the difficulty ramp up? The 1st zone was minding numbing easy. If difficulty doesn't go up soon I may have to move on to a different game. Thank you for the videos.
The difficulty goes up, ramping up is bit of an opinion. If you get lucky with your gear and get a perfect set, you'll cruise relatively easily as you learn mechanics later on. Remember, this is a a starting difficulty season, and future season should be more difficult. That's how the game seems to be set up. We'll be getting hard mode dungeons and bosses, and after that pro mode, that should be able to keep you busy for a while.
I always try the emotes everytime i hit q and those guys pop up but never once got anything from it, even though im doing the same exact emote as them.
You can/could repair it with the artisan's touch. I'm actually logging on right now to make sure you still can. And it seems like it was un-intended. A deviation was apparently not working as intended, yet that was what made the deviation really good at the same time!
Subbed and liked! Very usefull infos. Im surprise the game is not so popular or talked about. It seems very polished and you can do a lot of progress for a free to play game . Reminds me a mix of state of decay, pubg, rust.
It's pretty popular, yet it was hush hush, and it is building hype now. It's very polished for a 1.0 release without an early access, it's pretty crazy how well done 1.0 is.
I had a question. I'm still confused about the blueprint system. Like I'm getting blueprint fragments, and then there are all those blueprint types but i cant tell how to get specific types of blueprint frags or how to increase a blueprint star level. Thanks for the vid! Great work!
No worries. Blueprints are drops in the map, from mystic chests that are a one time per season only. So it's limited and set. The wish machine you can roll and get more. If you are interested in A wanderer gun, as an example, using fragments from that gun are twice as powerful as other wanderer gun fragments, and non wanderer fragments can't be used. I'd still highly suggest unlocking the base gun first before using extra fragments, so you can test it out in the future if you are curious. If you go to details of the blueprint, you can find the interface for using blueprints to increase experience to star up the gun. I think that covers it. Sorry if I missed something.
thanks! your knowledge on the game in the beta vs now is very useful since all the videos i watched about what builds were good must have been changed on release. The info about the bomber and ice deviant are a good example. Im also not sure if the shrapnel build was nerfed at all or is still worth going for?
I have a last valour, and shrapnel doesn't feel weak at least. It's a bit too early to say nerfs and buffs with so many changes. However, Falcon set got split so it wasn't psi intensity and crit, so it will probably tone down the DPS of element builds that modified skills to crit, such as corrosion and jaws.
honestly Once Human is a very good game, but i think the developer has focused WAY WAY WAY to much time on all sorts of shops and nonsense, its honestly overwhelming... with they focused more on the actual game play then give me 1000 different ways to spend money on..
There are a lot of events and shop stuff. I honestly just ignored it until today. Yet when I started looking, my efficiency dropped hard. There are a lot of things to play. I did a higher level event today and literally got rocked so hard. I think you'll have fun with stuff as you get out of the starter zones. Or at least your opinion may balance between gameplay and shop stuff, if not turn more to gameplay.
The Scar is perfectly fine, yet Falcon set did change to remove elemental damage, so you'd have a different build for sure. You can assume most Beta videos from everyone are out of date.
I have a question about something ive noticed that a large part specificly left side of the map you haven't unlocked. Is it because u still haven't progressed to it or just game limitations for now ?
Good question. The first season takes place in East Nalcott. Soon in the story there will be a reveal(unless it changed) of someone from West Nalcott. I'm assuming our next season will bring us there. If things are the same size, we roughly have 1/3rd of the whole map to explore this season. Anticipating that, we have three seasons with unique terrain and quests. That would be my assumption.
@Xelray oh when I started playing the game I though the map was fully release but I understand that it's overwhelming to release such a big map at the beginning.
Yeah, they not only have weekly releases of content, yet seasonal, it's a bit different, yet that's why they have the seasonal character reset, where you keep all your unlocks.
I’ve done this stardust resonance thing today with 33 purple things and on the vary last second before it ends I stepped outside my house area to collect items, it bugged and a lot of things popped in my screeen and I didnt get the starchrom loot :/
Oh no! In the beta, if you didn't collect the loot via DC or whatever reason, you could use more Cortexes and get the starchrom when it dropped. It'd count only as you picked up the rewards is another way to say it. Hopefully it still does the same.
Absolutely, you need to build a specific type of base, yet you can. Maybe make two many different base blueprints so you don't lose your pretty base you spent more time on. A water defense base is definitely the easiest, yet it requires you to build almost entirely on shallow-ish water.
After a season wipe, its a reset, yet you get to keep most of your character progress, weapon mods, blueprints, formulas, most currencies. From what I understand, seasons are like separate campaigns that progressively get harder. I wanted to make a separate video on that since it's such a hot topic. I also saw a general difficulty per seasons, it's all the same right now. In the next few days I was going to release that video I was thinking, it's a lot to talk about.
