That vocal sample is from Silent Hill 2 which is Corpse’s favourite video game. He’s said before he heavily relates to both the protagonist James and his wife Mary.
SPOILER CONTEXT BELOW:
James is a mentally ill man who euthanized his terminally ill wife Mary and subsequently forgets he did so. His adventure is about him unravelling his own repressed memories and facing her and his demons in the end.
Corpse has mental illnesses and relates to James (he’s said he’s his favourite), but he ALSO has chronic physical illnesses and relates to Mary, whose unnamed degenerative disease was slowly killing her as well as disfiguring her, which made her lash out at her husband and drove him away. Mary frequently flipped between wanting to die so her pain would stop and being terrified to die. This is some of her dialogue.
“Don’t come back!”
“I don’t *deserve* flowers.”
“Between the disease, and the drugs, I look like a monster.”

Yes, half-Mexican and has said many times that he is not fluent in Spanish, and can only speak enough to get by. Heritage doesn't matter if you weren't raised speaking the language.

A big part of this song that hits home for me is that line "I ain't even got any friends, feel like everyone is fake" because when you hate yourself so much and in so many ways, you don't believe when people tell you they like you or want to be friends with you. Your mindset is "I don't like myself how is it possible anyone else would like me?" and I strongly vibe with that, unfortunately.

I love this song & the fact you reacted to it finally!! Also he is part Hispanic, he just pronounced it that way for the song. He wrote/recorded the lyrics for it during a manic/psychotic episode after a breakup, it definitely shows into his insecurities & things he's been struggling with mentally & just being addicted to. He's had a problem with alcohol for a while & cutting as well, the line about "everclear" (he's struggled with drinking to sleeping & just not think) and "break a mirror" (the mirror line refers to times he has actually broken mirrors before he thrown/covered them up, he once took the pieces and cut himself before livestreaming & I don't know if it was a recent one or one of his horror stories livestream but he talked about it, he doesn't like looking at himself). It's a song that shows into alot of raw emotions

I actually think that it sounds better how corpse said the "No quiero estar aquí" because it sounds more natural with the music but to be honest your pronunciation is actually pretty good
I like the imagery he uses, it’s all images of train cars uncoupling, going off the rails, car crashes, explosions, self destruction… it all mirrors the lyrics and the feeling of the song. It’s all just ties together so nicely!

I just found these reactions and after seeing how many he did, I went to his playlist section to see if there was a playlist so I could just save it and come back. Alas, 3 years after all these reactions and there is not. I had to add so many things to my watch later.
Yeah what he said in french is "l’appel du vide", it basically translates by "the calling of the void", I think here it’s more of a metaphoric calling, wanting to cut yourself off from the world, to let go and forget everything.
