I think they're preserving it better actually, given that they were tempered by Ramuh due to their dedication to protecting the forest. Ramuh made them stronger so people would stay out.
what theyve been doing is not sympathising and attacking any intruders to the forest who they deem do not belong, like all of the adventurers and the Garleans. So basically, they wanted to protect the forest, and take an extreme to it to which Ramuh must admire becasue we havent seen any actions against what they're doing from Ramuh yet.
I think Ramuh should be like Master Yen Sid and Merlin in Kingdom Hearts series as one of the masters that teaches everybody how to use new magic in series.
Hehe that it may be tho doubt I will even have the time or focus to kill him. I'll be to star struck by that amazing beard of his. /pray for a Ramuh beard couch want to run my claws though those amazing locks of facial hair...prolly really creepy but I stand by that remark ^_^
All Primals that exist in a physical form are killing Hydaelyn, as they require Aether to exist, which Hydaelyn needs. Also brainwashing sentient beings is also quite evil :o He's pretty much every villain in Hot Fuzz put into one: "The greater good."
I don't think the explanation of Ramuh would 'awake and summoned by the tempered Sylphs' is accurate. He's SUMMONED already but he doesn't make a scene like Ifrit / Titan / Garuda does, which fits his long-life franchise character of being a benevolent / peaceful Primal. I saw his Aetheryte in Sylphlands while doing the Sylph dailies. My speculation is that in 2.3, those Ascians (esp. the white-robed one - I forgot its name) would make shit happen and Ramuh would be provoked and starts posing a threat to the Black Shroud. As for his power, I assume he would be the most powerful of the Primals as of yet... because I remember the Sylphs said "If Lord Ramuh gets angry, Gridania will go kaboom!" while doing a Quest.
there are also a lot of Imperials hanging around in there too due to the proximity of one of their fortresses. They may instigate the situation as well.
quest line. Square thinks its unfair for summoners to get new summons without giving every other class more skills as well. so we wnt get levi/ramuh egis until they up the level cap
you totally ignored his signifigance in FFV... you totally ignored his test in FFIX that involved a significant part of FFII and also his other involvement is FFXI... you seem to not care much for pre 11 titles, and act like youve never played them, and as where you shared ramuh, shiva amd bahamuts outside FF relevance, you disnt for le iatham and how he is part of Hebrew mythology. i think you just habe a hardon for FFXI that was you first FF or MMO or both, and pretend to care about the previous titles.
"Ramuh only attacks those he deems harmful to the environment/forest he protects."
*Suddenly remembering the Sylphs i killed for a Goobue Mount*
I think the Tempered Sylphs are doing a better job harming the environment.
I think they're preserving it better actually, given that they were tempered by Ramuh due to their dedication to protecting the forest. Ramuh made them stronger so people would stay out.
Reginald Ditto
Given some of the stuff they've been doing that's causing the regular Sylphs to complain, I doubt it.
what theyve been doing is not sympathising and attacking any intruders to the forest who they deem do not belong, like all of the adventurers and the Garleans. So basically, they wanted to protect the forest, and take an extreme to it to which Ramuh must admire becasue we havent seen any actions against what they're doing from Ramuh yet.

You forgot the abduction of other Sylphs, but you did say extremes.
That FFXI Ramuh story though ;_;
I think Ramuh should be like Master Yen Sid and Merlin in Kingdom Hearts series as one of the masters that teaches everybody how to use new magic in series.
that would be awesome like even have them as friends or master student in a way.
Dunno why but when I think of having to fight ramuh all I think is the fight will be.
Paralysis for you
Paralysis for you
Paralysis for everyone!
Thats Oprahmuh
Mrhappy1227 that was clever ...

I call Ramuh the Elder of Lightning, but Sage also works for he is the wisest of all the summons.
He is a summon that Noctis can summon when Noctis health is 0 and it looks the most amazing summon of Ramuh thus far.
a good time for this since we are getting Ramuh in 2.3 next month
Great video as always, but wrong Link in the description :D
Great besitary man always look forward to these. Are you excoted for the 24th?
question: why is he a lion man in Final Fantasy Explorers? is there any particular reason?
I feel bad for fighting this primal, he doesn't even seem like a bad guy like the other primals.

lol, Ramuh didnt have it easy in FFXI
Dude, you need to update your videos. Maybe you are waiting for the actual release of FFXV but, in the demo, Ramuh is just magnificently mighty!
Awesome. :D
It's a shame that none of the Sylphs have voice acting because their name for him, Ramuh-chama, is ridiculously cute.
Is it me, or does Ramuhs model in FF11 look like Ichigos Bankai from Bleach?

Is he going to be a summon in the next patch or just part of a quest line
quest line. Square thinks its unfair for summoners to get new summons without giving every other class more skills as well. so we wnt get levi/ramuh egis until they up the level cap
for some reason ramuh is almost never summoned in tactics. makes that game hard.
Neato.
Do Diabolos! and why is he just a boss in a dungeon in this game?! He should be a future Primal D: he would be beast.
Ultros should be a primal
Or at least a FATE boss and Kefka should be a dungeon boss
In FFXV, everyone call him Ra-muh. Not Ra-mooh anymore.
Except for Talcott.
Square Enix should Ramuh-ve him from the franchise.
its gandalf with no hat

Ramuh (Rom-Uh) your mispronunciation was so bad I had too leave a comment and a dislike, wtf
