  • This is the band doing mostly covers before they wrote many songs and shortly after Joel Agne left the band and Bruce took over the guitar duties. This is an audience recording on reel to reel by David Hintz.

    That must be from 1984 or later.....Single came our in 1984.
    And I definitely know J.J. Voice ;)

      S R, no, that's ED, J.J. wasn't in the band yet in 79. I just used the cover of the single for the video.This is from a tape of an early '79 Sam's club show.The band was Ed, Bruce,Mark & Greg.

      @@SR-hq3gs that's an early tape that Bruce gave to me from 1979 ,I was their manager,the band then was ED,Bruce,Mark & Greg.You can hear Ed announce it at the beginning, he says the next song is an original,it's gonna be on our million selling single.They were doing mostly covers and only had the War Hero single out .J.J.& Rob hadn't joined the band yet
