Absolutely AWESOME!!! I gave this idea a try and sure enough I wrecked those apples for my applesauce!!! Talk about Speeding it up. 3 bushels of apples in less than an hour. ABSOLUTELY GENIUS!!!

That's also a hole saw. Do you think you can use that hole saw to bore a hole through the apple? Coring the apple as well as peeling it? This'll help with my recipes a lot.

To the people worried about the "huge mess", just do it outside: any juice or peel that goes flying around will just end up on the grass as a snack for local wildlife.
Now one question comes to mind... Why anyone even want to peel their apples
