It’s getting even harder now with all these layoffs. I remember warehouse jobs that I could just call into and they would have you working next week and give you more hours that you could handle but now those same jobs are saying that they don’t show any openings or you rarely get 40 hours if your lucky.

Bro 😆 did you really hit up a random staffing agency just to say that? That was hilarious. Subscribed.

Tbh going through staffing agencies is how you get stuck at jobs you hate. It’s convenient but while you are assigned to a job, with your spare time, keep applying for jobs you want. It ain’t easy..even think about starting a career through a trade.

Anyone listening, Learn a skill/trade. A technical skill. Engineering, Architecture, Surveyor, Electrician. Do this and you life will be so much easier when it comes to looking for jobs. These are technical skills that are often in short supply in most countries.

I’ve even been to job interviews for a job I was very well qualified for. Mind you, a janitorial position. I know how to sweep, mop, wipe tables, replace paper towel rolls, restock. Know what they told me? We gonna call you back. Never got that call. Waited a month. Nothing. This is bullshit. Even when I ran my resume through an editor to make it look clean, added the proper words, tac it up to bait a manager. Even wore business casual clothes to the interview, advertised myself. Oh, we gonna call you back. Yeah right we gonna call u back my ass. This is bullshit coming from these clown ass employers.
You can thank Biden for that. It’s no wonder homelessness and crime be going up. Especially in California and Arizona where I’m at. Cuz people don’t want to hire these days.

I know exactly how you feel! Last year I was at Discount Tire and left because it was toxic asf. It took me 6 months to get a basic retail job. It was stressful asf trying to get something.

No, it won't. You're better off applying for jobs OUTSIDE the Fortune 500s and OUTSIDE the big cities.

Trucking and being a Merchant Mariner are great opportunities. The latter a lot of folks are unaware of… Great, hilarious video 🙏🏾

And a side note i went to trade school for electrical, while doing these staffign agency jobs.
hes right baout that they not gonna be calling all your past jobs like that, in 8 out of 10 cases they just need the papper work in case questions about, raises or work experience come up. Always put you left because you wanted to move on to better things, or you didn't get neough work hours.

Also its way easier to get jobs in rural areas compared to decent sized cities, temp crashed with my mom so i could have a ride to work only for me to apply to multiple jobs and still not get hired
