I just want to switch from one sound to another by pressing the pedal. I don't find a tutorial. Can you help me please ? I'm really lost. Thanks again

Does this edition work on all of the factory set performances? 2). can I change the instruments / drum rhythms also? 3) Can I completely edit any of the factory performances so I'm using the allotted memory slot for my own desired setups? As an example; can I edit factory performance 001 so that it only has the Grand Piano, and then set the factory performance 002 so that it might have Grand Piano and strings?
