Macam ni la bagus. Letakkan sekali kereta tempatan dalam vidio perbandingan sebaris dengan kereta jenama luar. Terbaik.
Kalau ada kena masuk lah, lagi pun jenama kebangsaan bukan calang-calang, ada kualiti dia tersendiri. Yang penting kita kena ingat untuk harga dia padan tak dengan kualiti dan kelengkapan yang diberi.

Really glad you guys included passenger space in the video and some other aspects like tyres (and how changing them affects noise levels). Would be much appreciated if you added the bench length and other ergonomics too.

Please do more content like this. Most car youtubers in malaysia, they only tell specs base on what is written on paper. I thought City is the best car in Segment B but i was wrong after watching your videos. But i would really want to know where Toyota Vios stand with all other 4 cars. Good work guys!

maintenance is simple. all these cars are quite simple. each service will be 300-500 in general. Remember that cheaper is not better. Also the information is out there. If want to cover, should cover service centre experience and expertise.
the immediate soft pick up the moment u put the gear lever to 'D' on Persona does make me happy..now there's no more 'lag' legacy from their previous model..i don't mind the maximum acceleration capability as its justified with the price point..nak pecut mana sangat dalam jem oi, baru tekan minyak dah kena tekan brek balik..last2 Axia lane sebelah jugak yang potong tinggalkan kau sebab dia pandai cilok lane

Love to have Mazda 2 hatchback/sedan in future as it have premium design inside and outside. Mazda 2 the only affordable premium car.

Paultan is different now and feel upset it lose out its origin. The new hosts are paying more attention to their accent, their face expression or acting more than paying attention on reviewing cars. Paultan is deemed as the first started the car reviewing RUclips channel and at first doing very well and concentrate but not now. I missed the old day of Paultan. This channel remind me the old days Paultan which bring good info to public.
Persona is just excellent value wise. For the price, it covers all the basics decently.

I bought the persona premium model 10 months ago. My only regret is i should have bought the executive model and used the savings to upgrade the stereo, sound proofing and add strut bars. Otherwise, no regrets buying the car as who else can offer all the gadgets under RM55k.
It is a very good choice Geoffrey, especially for its price point and like you clearly outlined, spend a little more money and you'll have a solid all-rounder of a car.
Since we're in the SST holiday window until June 30, 2021, here's an updated price list for all the cars featured above:

Do also compare on annual depreciation cost. I m sure carlist has ample data on this. Compare maintenance cost as well and I am talking about parts like absorbers, mounting, etc. which can be costly if you don't have OEM option.
Surely in Malaysia, honda is the winner. After 5 years price still wayy higher

Thoughts on reliability/after sales?
Hearing different stories from people about ETCM and Honda Malaysia after sales. Also on reliability, how sustainable are the CVTs of Persona, Almera and City
The reliability of many of these models have been well documented Han How. Besides that would require a long-term review and that generally does not happen in Malaysia.
Regarding after-sales - your best point of reference is current owners.
FYI Mazda 2 6-Speed automatic gearbox also got reliability feedback from local gearbox specialist. With the so call lifetime gear oil & small torque converter size already got cases of failure recorded. The best is preventive maintenance by changing the mazda gear oil early.
Wow. Now we know New almera with turbo does save more fuel. Good efforts. Clear proof.

The care for turbo engines are also something that depends on the maintenance of the car. Many of us content producers also own and maintain turbo vehicles and some of them are more than 8 years old.

It's very hard for us to recommend a car to anyone really without knowing them personally.
To me, almera look very nice interior, but dashboard vibrating during recording is very annoying, even the cheapest persona keep the video stable like the other two.
If it stay like this, you will gain a lot of subscribers in no time

Sebagai pengguna Proton Persona sejak 2017, ia mmg sgt berbaloi. Tambahan pula dapat pakej servis percuma 5 tahun/100K km ketika itu, mmg senyum je bila ke pusat servis.
Pakej servis 5 tahun percuma - memang berbaloi tu!

You would have to rely on manufacturer numbers for that Mark - we never tested for top speed.
Top speed u need to see which car has higher horsepower. Dont look at car brand because this will trigger fanboy. Just see at horsepower.

dulu aq ada Myvi model yang last 2nd gen (warna biru famous) dgn persona yang sblom ada DRL dalam family,, skrg ni ada kereta ketiga tau2 persona jgak hahahaha. reason beli sebab kalau nk bwk jauh tu memang nice lepas tu kalau nk dibandingkan minyak dgn myvi takdela jauh sngat , persona mestilah besar sikit minyak, yela tengok saiz dgn berat, tayar lagi, main faktor tu.
Yang penting Ahmad gembira dan puas hati dengan pilihan anda.

Mcm sama je. 1st.. persona 2009. 2nd myvi icon 2016 warna biru.. 3rd... persona 2019. Jual myvi tu... haha.. last2 1st car 2nd car dua2 persona. Lain generasi. Nampak macam pelik. Tapi sayang nak jual yang lama. Masih padu lagi.
Pandangan saya sama, part minyak myvi 2016 dengan persona tak jauh beza. Bonus kat space pada persona.

Ingatkan honda city paling power dalam interior space utilization and large boot 519litre. Rupa2 persona with just 510 litre boot space lebih pandai guna ruang yang ada. Lagi rear seating lebar dari city. Saya sangat terkejut wow 😄😄
Seringkali saiz di dalam litre tak serasi dengan design ruang but. Boleh cuba sendiri.
The most funny things, is this guy try to squeeze as much as they can, until cannot close the Persona boot and try again and again, So that Persona can fit in 9 items. Hahaha..So biased.
City tu boleh masuk lagi barang. Persona depa push kaw kaw sampai susah nk tutup boot. Benda sama x berlaku dkt Honda City. So jangan percaya sangat review ni. Dia hanya nk menangkan Persona saja. Tengok pun tau dah.
