There was a hydraulic warning and power loss as the fire was first notice so you can take what you want from that. There has been no definitive conclusion proved so everything is speculation.
I don’t think anymore damage is going to be done by the driver having a smoke when the farmers had a very expensive bonfire in the middle of standing crops
A sad sight but thanks for posting it.
Top job as always Fraser. Experts make it look easy.
Such a shame, the heart ache this must cause, ok it might be insured but it's still a great shock and loss of time .
Sad sight but can be replaced, a life lost can not.
That loadall is doing an impressive job. 👍

Metal can be replaced a person cannot so just glad farmer is safe
Sad sight but glad farmer is safe
Feel sorry for you. Hope you get another combine
Saw that on a wagon the other day near derby
So they are recovering a burnt out combine, and the driver is smoking in a stubble field, says it all.
Are you getting new or second hand replacement? We are told 2 yrs for a new claas
No decision made as yet.
Do they know what caused the fire? Hope everyone is ok
Any news on what started the fire?

was the header undamaged. did you keep it?
heat damage so its gone.
No one hurt only shocked 🙈
Nice new one on way for next years harvest
If you can find one ? Lots got on fire, not many new ones available, which in turn means a lot of demand for second had machines.
What happens after that? Was it insured? In my country equipment cannot be insured so all loss is at an owners expense
In the U.K. it’s likely to be insured
Bit brazen your man lighting up and smoking. Otherwise good video
Y is that bad
