Great!!!!!! You do it right. I used the same tools. That's the way but I have been using cordless drill for tapping because somehow it was better and faster. I left a comment in your previous video. Now I am doing this with CNC and it is much better. It is so unbelievable precise doing this with CNC! Now my CNC easy makes new CNCs. It drills and cuts aluminum, steel and plastic. I cut wood only to make a sign or for presents because I more enjoy making electronics and machines.

Print all holes on paper. Use wood glue apply on aluminum to glue printing. It will make you be more precise.

I would strongly recommend clamping your work. Alignment is indeed not always an issue, but the torque of the drill is. If it grabs a little more than expected it can easily spin and hurt you badly.
