- Hi. This is the first part of the construction of my large CNC machine. Today we will weld the frame of the machine frame. We will cast the aluminum blanks, process them and assemble the Z axis. Enjoy watching!
Hi guys. My name is Mikhail. On this channel you will see a lot of projects on how to make things with your own hands. Projects are different starting from simple devices and ending with large machine tools. Don't forget to subscribe and tell your friends about me.
Nice to finally see something DIY built to the same level as mine. Will be watching this one.
Proof or it didnt happen
It is getting fine, but please put closed-loop stepper motors on it, it will greatly favor the precision of the cnc.
I'll be following, I need a smallish unit, i make LEDs from Aluminium extrusion that requires lots of marking and drilling.. a 1 x2 or 1 x 4' machine would be plenty. Also it only works with light u shaped extrusion so doesn't need to be super strong.
Great Job...Looking forward to seeing the finished progress
What blade are you using the grinder to cut the steel?
Great work, anyway check your safety shoes they seems too much used ;-)
The guys use a Russian milling machine and make a machine. Like for video!
Nice build. I am waiting for an update please. Thank you.
Im really looking forward to the next video lol. Great job! Thanks for sharing my friend. Take care.
I love the USSR tools. I really enjoyed this video. Keep up the good work.
Those are some beautiful homemade parts. What are you spraying on the parts before wrapping them for storage?
You've been p0wnd. But oh well.
Great idea, amazing team and good working. Regards👍⚘
12:55 - Interesting casting your own aluminum frame. Does it require stress relief? 17:25 Why do you first align the master rail then start scraping? 19:17 - What did you spray it with?
You should have made the plates for the feet fit 3/8" inside the tubes and weld all around, the weld is not visible, and no grinding involved and looks better too.
Nice project. We shared this video on our homemade tools forum this week 😎
Thank you!!!
Nice quality work. Looking forward to the finished machine.
Are you sure this is "home" made?
incredible work! I wish you good luck and health
Thank you!)
Welding in T-shirt, shorts, and flip-flops, without gloves. Machining on the lathe while wearing rings. I hope you won't regret those choices.
So wonderful 👍👍👍👍
How to build a CNC machine ?
Step 1 : buy a CNC machine 🤣
I built 3 cnc machines from scratch. It is very long process without another cnc, but not impossible.
Judging by the frame this thing is going to be an absolute monster. Casting and milling your own aluminum is taking DIY to another level.
15:40 Minus camera sensor.
one
We cut with an angle grinder with sparks from ourselves, this is correct. Respect!
Thank you!)
That is not always possible, especially if you are left handed. They need to make a range of grinders where the motor turns backwards for us.
quanto?
Do you call it CNC ? It is simple 1 axes slide table with cheep machinery method . You need to learn a lot.
He isn't done yet mister smart guy, that was just part of the build. The "slide table" was obviously the Z axis. You need to learn a lot.
@@T0tenkampfDont worry about me, I saw your skill my friend, good luck.
Amazing job.. ive done one welded like that but smaller
