All that time in the gym and no one said hey you're not shooting the basketball properly.... the foundations of fixing that would have taken no less than 24 hours
All anyone had to do was take a good look at the Newman’s parents and know that the kids will never be over 5’5” by the time they’re 15. Every city has this family.
This is why no matter how good you are. Its extremely rare to make it in basketball ball because height plays a huge role. I am pretty sure if the two kids grew, it would've helped their talents even more... but being 5ft6 and 5ft2 is way too short.
I'm not mad at the dad. He helped make them all rich. Of course they weren't going to make it to the next level. They're short. But the dad maximized there potential the best he could for views. Hey , they got money now he did the best he could. Be realistic people.
This is a sad story which could have been prevented by giving the dad a pair of glasses and looking in the mirror... He did not have basketball genes... he was not tall nor was his wife! Were the kids going to grow up to be 6'1" for the girl to 6'6" for the boy... NO! What was the dad thinking by perpetuating this farcee to the kids. He failed them and did not prepare them for life... This was HIS dream.
Saying she’s better than her brother is insane. They both were taught to “get open and shoot” THEN had high level training at A young age. Playing against mfs that were playing for fun. It was all smoke and mirrors from day 1….
Being sheltered and unchallenged will lead to an inflated pipe dream. Parents that aren't realistic need some form of genetic miracle and these 5ft Newmans weren't lucky enough to receive one lol
I always felt like Jaden was the real gem of the two. Her skill level above everyone else was impressive for a while. You can see from the overtime show that Jaden was clearly second fiddle to Julian. I always wondered how she would have developed if their dad put her into a legit high school program (I remember them barely having enough players to keep a team at Downey) and was supported as much as Jayden. Idk about Pro but she had a ton of missed potential all because of Julien's flashy handles.
watching this made me wonder, did her dad just move her up? Was he a trash coach and trainer? How trash was that varsity team to let an 8 year old on the team? Height didn't run in this family's genes is crazy lmao
I'll give you an example. I'm taking a business trip to St Louis on March 17th, I have no idea what the weather will be like until a week out. So you cannot predict the weather unless you live week to week, that's not a very realistic lifestyle unless you only live for yourself.
Definitely and mercilessly. Guess what a girl would've in mind when she hits puberty and she discovered quickly there's a lot more balls to use with her dribbling skills
Let’s be real Julian and Jadens dad coached the Christian schools basketball team. It was a 1st-12th grade school I think. If those kids went to a public school or if their dad wasn’t the coach, no way in hell would these kids be on varsity teams. Plus there teammates were complete dog shit which is why they stood out and scored so many points. Those kids were mostly there just to fill spots, the teams were made for the brats. So it’s not insane to be able to score those stats. If anything their dad screwed up their future since he was so focused on being viral. They were talented but had no idea how to actually play with and on an actual team He was too worried about getting likes and money. And now that they can’t compete with shit schools and stat pad, they don’t stand out at all. Their stats really should have asterisks.
Great video and background, just wished that every single point did not needed to be driven home around 3-4 times each over a span of 15 minutes lol. Like just phrased slightly differently throughout the entire video. Slightly changed verbiage to say the exact same thing. Could have slimmed down the video by quite a bit, and not had to be repeated 3-4 times each. Not sure why, but they needed to repeat the exact same point multiple times. See what I did there ? This video could have been done and over with in under 5 minutes.
Dude obviously knew he did not have the right genes to expect his kids to be pro ball players . Cause at the end of the day scouts really care about your build and height when it comes to pro basketball. Don’t matter how much skill u have
Being a pro was their father dream, not his children's one. Exposing them at a very young age put a target on them, let them playing hero ball against weak competition was a b*tch move. Jamie probably wanted to help his kids at first, but later he enjoyed the money they gave him to be a clown
Looks like there was a big gaping hole in their training regiment. The basketball drills looked great, but clearly they needed some help in the athleticism and strength category to make up for their lack of height. Her handles were great but she looked overweight.
Every time I think of this girl I think of when she asks Lamelo Ball to follow her on Instagram and he told her that he didn't run it and then it clips to another video where he says that he do run it😂😂😂😂😂😂

@@ogieoglethorpe3788Todd actually played top FBS football and made it to the pros tho. These 2 really didn’t have a chance.
All that time in the gym and no one said hey you're not shooting the basketball properly.... the foundations of fixing that would have taken no less than 24 hours
There was one trainer the son went to that told him exactly everything he was doing wrong… they never went to that trainer again… only yes men…

How bad is the school that a 9yr old is on the varsity team?
Really bad. The other teams in their league do the same.
All anyone had to do was take a good look at the Newman’s parents and know that the kids will never be over 5’5” by the time they’re 15. Every city has this family.
Bro repeated himself over and over and over and over
That is called pushing an agenda.
Jaden didn't have the complexion for protection.
Their manlet of a dad really thought they would go that far with their genes
This is why no matter how good you are. Its extremely rare to make it in basketball ball because height plays a huge role. I am pretty sure if the two kids grew, it would've helped their talents even more... but being 5ft6 and 5ft2 is way too short.
Only fans popping
did she already do it because i predicted this
Yeah she got one
I'm not mad at the dad. He helped make them all rich. Of course they weren't going to make it to the next level. They're short. But the dad maximized there potential the best he could for views. Hey , they got money now he did the best he could. Be realistic people.
It’s crazy because she wasn’t bad her parents live their life through them
This is a sad story which could have been prevented by giving the dad a pair of glasses and looking in the mirror...
It was never about basketball. It was all about the grift.
how bad is jaden newman? like a 9/10
Saying she’s better than her brother is insane. They both were taught to “get open and shoot” THEN had high level training at A young age. Playing against mfs that were playing for fun. It was all smoke and mirrors from day 1….
And fools online ate it up!
@@warstars8382 like fucking dinner!
she’s not the ONLY elementary girl to be in varsity. me and 3 other friends got moved up to varsity in 3rd and 4th grade
Of course! It happens way more often than ppl think. The teams she was playing did the same
@@kjhernan21 yeah
Not sure she would have made it at a legit program esp in Florida, but I’ve been curious as well.
watching this made me wonder, did her dad just move her up? Was he a trash coach and trainer? How trash was that varsity team to let an 8 year old on the team? Height didn't run in this family's genes is crazy lmao
14:08 did this man say we can't predict the weather? 😂
I'll give you an example. I'm taking a business trip to St Louis on March 17th, I have no idea what the weather will be like until a week out. So you cannot predict the weather unless you live week to week, that's not a very realistic lifestyle unless you only live for yourself.
Easy she started getting d---ked down... and lost her focus
Yep. The Newman’s were conniving, esp the pops. Ppl need to look at their careers through the correct perspective.
Don’t matter how much skill u have
I blame the parents. Poor kids
Being a pro was their father dream, not his children's one. Exposing them at a very young age put a target on them, let them playing hero ball against weak competition was a b*tch move. Jamie probably wanted to help his kids at first, but later he enjoyed the money they gave him to be a clown
I feel like Jaden would of made it more then her own brother

Looks like there was a big gaping hole in their training regiment. The basketball drills looked great, but clearly they needed some help in the athleticism and strength category to make up for their lack of height.
Her handles were great but she looked overweight.
What are those shots release? Both of them do it and it's... bizzare to me.
