I am recovering from several injuries and my physical therapist thought I should try some standing beginner pilates. I really enjoyed it. I may get in shape better with standing pilates than cardio and strength training. Thanks for providing such a great workout for us.
This was great, I hadn’t felt like doing more intense bodyweight exercises or anything on my wrists while I’m healing from an injury form months ago. This was perfect and I got to practice my balance. Thank you so much Hannah! 🌼💛
Hannah that was absolutely brilliant I suffer with Virtigo and balance problems wasn't sure I could manage this class but I did !!! So thank you I look forward to your classes every day they are so helpful for my mental health ❤️😊

I am so excited to see this balance workout and looking forward to complete this maybe tomorrow since I got vaccinated the day before yesterday and my left hand is still sore, hope sweet Hannah you will do more workouts with balance!! Since it is very important to prevent fall downs and future injuries, love to you ♥️♥️

Feeling my hand much better today but still cannot lift it completely!!that was my only symptom .Glad that you felt great with both doses., but not all people react the same way My daughter is a pharmacist and the first in my family to be vaccinated, she felt awesome with both doses of Pfizer My husband did 2 doses of Astragenica and he felt awesome

Loved the sequences and challenge. Perfect standing workout. The next day I felt sore in those little muscles which I did not engage for a while. Great sequence combinations. You are the best! Take care ❤️❤️❤️

@@anjuKumari-dj7zf I think you are indian. Are you ? If yes, then just eat normal homemade food like roti dal sabji salad and fruits vegetables. If you feel hungry eat snacks like makhana nuts rosted chana etc. Eat until your stomach is full. Don't overeat. Avoid junk food and oily food and sweets. I have lost 10 kgs by following all this. Also i do pilates daily with hannah. And i also do a lot of cycling and walk as much as i can. Drink lots of water. Don't wait to feel thirsty. Just drink every now and then. Last point, don't worry too much about your weight. Don't stress too much. Try to love your body. With little love and care you will reach your goals. Good luck♥️

Personally (as ex Ballett dancer) I find your workout nice but too much talking and explain is not so good for muscles and once anyone is not too fit...

Awww what vaccine did you get?I got Pfizer n was able to workout with both vaccines I got I felt awesome 😊

I really love your palates workouts. They are a great complement to aerobic type workouts. I usually do one of your workouts just prior to bed time.
