I like the fact that sex wasn't what was driving the romance in the film. In fact, the fact that there was no sexual attraction was the problem. Instead, they genuinely liked each other and genuinely cared for each other, then they loved each other as friends, then they loved each other, then they had sex. The order is pretty refreshing from what we usually see these days.
Great movie... SO entertaining... great cast, great story-line, great characters and fantabulous chemistry between the couples. Chris O'Dowd & Maya Rudolph were my favourites.
This is legitimately a HILARIOUS film (and part of the reason why is because it has Kristen Wiig and most of the cast of Bridesmaids in it :3) I was lucky enough to see it at TIFF, so I very much recommend it to everyone!
I didn't expect this film to be very good, and it was literally the best comedy film I've seen in the past year. Incredibly intelligent, well-directed, and ingeniously comedic.
This is the best romcom I've ever seen! It didn't feel remotely contrived or corny like lots of them do, but still had unbelievably sweet moments. Hats off to Jennifer Westfeldt for writing it. :-)
Ohhh I loved this movie if you're looking for a super happy fake ass love story well don't bother its one of the most realistic romantic comedies I've seen in a while
As I was watching this movie I came to the conclusion that this is Friends. We know who is who. They even resemble (a bit) the cast, physically and personality wise.
Just watch it.,verry recomended, unique and heart warming movie😆. I love Maya Rudolph with her authentic comedy.,especially when she yell, "God", betwee conversation about Jason and Julie decision to have a kid😂😂😂
I totally love this movie. I could watch it over and over again, that's how much I love it. I think It's lovely that they both had a kid together, I mean that no other friend I know would do that for a friend. They are so lucky to have each other as best friends and I totally think the ending was wonderful. I hope I find a guy that is my est friend and would that for me, out there in the world somewhere :)
I watched this movie two weeks ago and now after watching the trailer, I feel like I've seen the movie again. I loved the movie and the dialogue: "...we can't get along, because we've too much familarity, and I feel like she's one of my limbs AND "...thats bad because --- I hate myself"! 😅
Ha...I love a good rom-com. This is one of those films you take a date to when you're trying to gauged her comedy style. This looks almost as good as Nicholas Ozeki's Mamitas.
This movie's gonna be so light I bet I'll forget it the first 10 minutes after it finishes. That doesn't mean I won't enjoy the time spent watching Chris O'Dowd and Jon Hamm :D
Seems like everyone says a movie is crap these days just because its not going to be some awesome classic movie. It still seems like a decent movie. I can see myself getting some laughs out of this. I give it a thumbs up
I feel like this movie is going to be more of a romantic comedy and for that reason I hope people don't try to compare it to or expect it to be the straight comedy that Bridesmaids was. If they can accomplish doing another great movie is a new genre then I'll be very impressed.
Pretty good movie and definitely worth a watch. I do, however, wish they would have added an extra 15 or 25 minutes to explain some of the plot holes. That way, it'd be a great flick.
I came from Kristen Wiig's "Crying in a sweater" to this and honestly thought oh they are making fun of these kinds of movies and laughed they whole way through, only to realize this is seriously a movie. lol
Man this movie was awesome but Jon Hamm's character was right u can't have a kid and see other people especially when there are strong feelings between the parents jealousy is inevitable
I was excited for this since I heard Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Chris O'Dowd and Jon Hamm were in it but now after watching the trailer, my excitement has kinda fizzled out a bit..
the "oh, I can't be with him, he's like my brother" argument goes out the window AFTER YOU HAVE SEX. after that, the only reason they wouldn't be together is for plot convenience to the movie. also, why the HELL would the make Chris O'Dowd speak with an American accent? What is the purpose of that?
As much as I love this movie (I honestly love this movie so much, it was gr8), there should be more comments appreciating the fact that Adam Scott and Jennifer Westfeldt are the lead roles. Why aren't both of their names even in the title of the trailer?
I thought this was a Bridesmaid's sequel when everyone had broken up and recoupled, But its actually a totally different movie.
Me too!@
I've seen this movie 3 times. It's not until the last 10 minutes that I remember that I've already seen it. I enjoy it every time however.
Lee the ending was terrible! I was expecting them to have another kid and be settled in together and what happens with their other significant others
You might want to get that forgetting issue looked at. But I'm very glad you enjoyed the movie. I was on the fense. Now I'll go see it.
I wonder how awkward it is for the couples/friends watching this together who are going through similar things
Basically this was the whole film...
Dominique oooh u wrng for dat 😂😂😂😂😂😂day made tho.

i love this movie. The chemistry between Julie and Jason is spot on!
Same cast as bridesmaids
Princess M it's just 3 people
4 actually
jon hamm, kristen wiig, maya rudolph, chris o'dowd
side note i wish kristen wiig and jon hamm did more movies together
@@Kelly-on3kf They've had excellent chemistry in every damn scene they've done together, from SNL to films.
Thank god for nowadays trailers, save me from watching 2 hours of the thing.

I cried like a baby. It's so touching
I didn't expect this film to be very good, and it was literally the best comedy film I've seen in the past year. Incredibly intelligent, well-directed, and ingeniously comedic.
Feel like I've seen the whole movie from just looking at the trailer.
This is the best romcom I've ever seen! It didn't feel remotely contrived or corny like lots of them do, but still had unbelievably sweet moments. Hats off to Jennifer Westfeldt for writing it. :-)
This film introduced me to Adam Scott
& have loved his work ever since
Ohhh I loved this movie if you're looking for a super happy fake ass love story well don't bother its one of the most realistic romantic comedies I've seen in a while
The ending was just AWESOME OMG those words, I watched it twice :)
As I was watching this movie I came to the conclusion that this is Friends. We know who is who. They even resemble (a bit) the cast, physically and personality wise.
Trust me this movie is amazing.
i cried too! SUCH A GOOD MOVIE!!
Just watch it.,verry recomended, unique and heart warming movie😆. I love Maya Rudolph with her authentic comedy.,especially when she yell, "God", betwee conversation about Jason and Julie decision to have a kid😂😂😂
Chris O'Dowd, Kristen Wiig, Adam Scott!!! BAHH!!! I am officially excited for this movie!
Was it good though? Lol
Think I'm going to watch this tomorrow... Need a little cheering up after a bad start to the week
More Kristen Wiig and Jon Hamm please!!!!
LOOOOOL at how the friend just pushed the blondie over to that guy! Great introduction! Enjoyed the movie so much!
i feel like i just watched the movie.
didn't think this movie would be thaaat great, but honestly such a good movie! really well done.
I totally love this movie. I could watch it over and over again, that's how much I love it.

just saw the movie and it was excellent. SO GOOD. i deff recommend it to people. refreshing to watch something original for a change.
This was actually a pretty good movie. Underrated
i freakin' love this movie
I dont need to see the movie anymore after i have seen this trailer. Thanks!
"Great, funny, and touching" Wow that really makes me wan't to see this now...
Charlie Kelly Hi man; coming from the future, and let me tell you, it sucks
Did I just watch an entire movie in 2 minutes 😳
this movie is F.R.I.E.N.D.S
period
I feel like this movie is going to be more of a romantic comedy and for that reason I hope people don't try to compare it to or expect it to be the straight comedy that Bridesmaids was. If they can accomplish doing another great movie is a new genre then I'll be very impressed.
Hello, It. Have you tried turning it off and on again?
Did this go straight to DVD?? Ive never heard of it or seen it! :(
all of those comedic juggernauts in these simple rom-com ? what a wasted talents
Isn't this just the cast of bridesmaids 🤣
this is the only advertisement i didn't skip....
What was this a trailer or a summary of the movie?
i love kristen wiig, she totally looks different in the bridesmaids movie. she looks hot in this movie.
Wow, I got to see a movie before it was released! *popcorn*
Pretty good movie and definitely worth a watch. I do, however, wish they would have added an extra 15 or 25 minutes to explain some of the plot holes. That way, it'd be a great flick.
I came from Kristen Wiig's "Crying in a sweater" to this and honestly thought oh they are making fun of these kinds of movies and laughed they whole way through, only to realize this is seriously a movie. lol
am i the only one who cried while watching this movie?
Wow. Just like I thought. Something that society isn't ready for. Romance doesn't need to be anywhere in sight to be great parents to a child.
Well i have literally seen the entire film. good job. Now i dont have to waste my money.
the longest trailer in the world, it's like seen the movie already!!!!
Thanks I watch the movie in 2:30 mins!!
yess!!!! Maya and Kristen together AGAIN!!!!!!
when i see the posters for this movie, i always think its like the tv show "friends" in the future when they have kids.....
Who cares if we already know what's gonna happen? That's what makes romcoms so great- you get to enjoy the comedic jokes!
Man this movie was awesome but Jon Hamm's character was right u can't have a kid and see other people especially when there are strong feelings between the parents jealousy is inevitable
Great Film!!! I loved it!!!
what song was playing in the end?
Just watched it best movie ever
How did i miss this movie ?
Oh how I wish real life was like this
I was excited for this since I heard Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Chris O'Dowd and Jon Hamm were in it but now after watching the trailer, my excitement has kinda fizzled out a bit..
the "oh, I can't be with him, he's like my brother" argument goes out the window AFTER YOU HAVE SEX. after that, the only reason they wouldn't be together is for plot convenience to the movie.
also, why the HELL would the make Chris O'Dowd speak with an American accent? What is the purpose of that?
I love Chris O'Dowd's accent! 😫
i thought this was new. was it good?
WHY DO I WANT TO SEE THIS MOVIE
What is the name of the 1st song in the movie please?
Love this movie! Great observation with reminders and lessons and made me think.
I thought this was an SNL parody 😂
Me too, haha. That't why I played the video anyways. Watched the movie few years ago.
What song is that?
Trailer gives away everything. Awesome, Best Short Film at next years Oscars. :P
I'm confused as to what this movie is about...
just kidding. I feel like I just watched the entire thing right now. Thanks for saving me the 10 bucks.
Jon Ham, what? im in. and oh for all of your information its supposed to romantic comedy people who watch these movies want them to get together.
I really liked this movie, is romanthic and funny; But not corny and dumb, just the perfect combination in my opinion :) I recomend it
This is the best movie 🎦 ever
does anyone know what the song is?
Of course they're going to fall in love in the end, that's how romantic comedies work...
either a 12-year-old or someone who doesn’t have friends wrote this bc people do not talk like this
Why show the whole movie? Why?
i can already see the end.
Chris O'Dowd! C'mon, they're doing the same thing with 'The Watch'. They name the other three characters but skip Richard Ayoade.
EXACT same cast as the movie Bridesmaids which was sooo good really funny Kristen Wigg is in it and i looooove her
this really gonna be amazing movie....
Loved adam scott since stepbrothers glad to see he's getting some bigger roles :)
They undersold it how awkward it's this movie.
Is Chris O'Dowd playing an American in this??? I love that.
Awwww, come on. Let Chris O'Dowd keep his accent.
An Irish accent is *always* nice to hear
Well that was a nice movie I just watched in 2 and a half minutes.
The movie cover/poster looks exactly like the movie poster of Friends with money
i didnt think this was an actual movie at first....
this looks so good!!!
I know what your thinking when you watch this trailer.... it will be like all the others.. I've just watched it and. it is.
Megan!!!!!!!!!!, she SOO beautiful!!!!!!!! she outshines Jon Hamm, EFFORTLESSLY. True.
Honestly you can only do this film with one race, if you think about it...
It's 2020 and I'm just now getting t recommended this 😒
As much as I love this movie (I honestly love this movie so much, it was gr8), there should be more comments appreciating the fact that Adam Scott and Jennifer Westfeldt are the lead roles. Why aren't both of their names even in the title of the trailer?
Thanks for showing me this 2 minute summary of the movie... Oh wait, wut? This is called 'a trailer'?
Wow I didn't realize that was Jon Hamm's wife that wrote, directed and starred in this movie. My last comment was stupid lol
