It's brilliant that the hobby of train spotting is still going strong and is continuing to grow with the younger generation getting more involved, even if some of them are merely just taking numbers down or taking pictures
did i hear calling at "exeter st davids" over the tannoy or was it a similar sounding station? its at time 14:14 and once again another fantastic video tornado922 :D, im on holiday from the 4th next month so if you want to join me down exeter st davids for a train day i will be happy to meet up
You would've misheard that one my friend there aren't any trains running from that area of the country to Exeter. Should I have the time available I would be happy to meet up with you
Tornado922 i thought i might have misheard it as i did two double takes lol, if you like im happy to give you my number and you can text me when you are free and are able to meet and we can go from there
Love the Southeastern Javelin 395s. :-) Lovely the Southeastern Javelins have been christened after our Great Olympic Legends. A New Notable freighter train on HS1 travels all the way between the UK and China.
I haven't been doing my journey films for while now, once I get another Samsung Tablet I'll be restarting them. I'm hoping to get a better response from them this time round
Nice video but can you tell me which stations are you going to film next before you film at Leicester and from Birmingham Moor Street to London Marylebone on the Chiltern Mainline.
unfortunately at the time of uploading this film I have already filmed at Didcot. But I haven't done Oxford yet as I will be covering that station as part of my CML series I'm doing later in the year
Let me guess you are going to film at the Chiltern Mainline before Christmas and maybe you're going to film on the Great Western Mainline and on the West Coast Mainline.
I go to this stastion every couple weeks or so to travel back home from uni, very fun to watch the eurostars go by, it never gets old
I will never get bored of going to this station it's a blast to always come to
Classic class 373 Eurostar with its 18 coaches, 2 power cars, sounds awesome

They are very sleek and beautiful in their appearance. I was in Barking on the day the train came from China into London
Very good video!
thanks very much
You're welcome.
And I thought you were going to film the journey videos like for example from Chester to London Euston on the West Coast Mainline.
I haven't been doing my journey films for while now, once I get another Samsung Tablet I'll be restarting them. I'm hoping to get a better response from them this time round
Hi there, great video! Is there any way at stratford to know when a highspeed train is about to blast through or do you just have to look out??
i think you were the only one to notice the Hen do on the 395 no one else commented on it in their vidoes
Your number reading is on point
I've had years of practice haha
Oh right
Nice video but can you tell me which stations are you going to film next before you film at Leicester and from Birmingham Moor Street to London Marylebone on the Chiltern Mainline.
I've filmed at Didcot, Lancaster, Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes and then it will be Leicester. I'll be starting my CML series in July
When are you doing the West Coast mainline
Good video
thanks for saying so
When are you at didcot? it would be great to meet you at dicot and oxford :)
unfortunately at the time of uploading this film I have already filmed at Didcot. But I haven't done Oxford yet as I will be covering that station as part of my CML series I'm doing later in the year
Tornado922 thanks for the reply. brilliant video as well :)
Ben Ainsley is our opposition in the America's cup tomorrow
Let me guess you are going to film at the Chiltern Mainline before Christmas and maybe you're going to film on the Great Western Mainline and on the West Coast Mainline.
I'll be doing the CML from July onwards until I complete the line. Next year will be the GWML and after that will be MML
Try doing stockport on platform 2
Can you do Huyton and more on the wcml
I'm sure I can do that
Can you do London st Pancras on platform 11 and 12 please
Next time I go there I shall see what I can do
Do day travel cards work going into st.pancreas? On HS1 from Stratford
can you please do Longbridge
Jake83 No they do not but you get a discount :)
can you do Longbridge
I will do one day
Are the tunnels double track in the same direction? As in two east and two west ?
Callum Barnes No, after the station it merges into one line towards St Pancras is double tunnel of single track if that makes sense
Hi could u Go to Thirsk or Northallerton
I've been to northallerton once before but I will happily go back
We're is the best place to film on high speed 1 and can you give me a shout out in your next video please
Well it really depends on the type of shots that your after. Rainham is good for getting fast services come by at a frequent level
Are the trains named after famous athletes ?
Yes they are
Has International in the name but no Intl trains actually stop here!
There's definitely logic somewhere
Probably not here though :P
Eurostar did stop here during the Olympics
cool
thanks :)
Tornado922 u didn't give me a shout out 😢
Hello class 373
