I would have told them they could keep that display model of they are too cheap to discount it. It cost to much to not be the first person to play it. On a side note, nice strap.

Hi thanks for watching my video! The action on the 12th fret on mine is nice and low. Are you having problems with yours? I too noticed that the action got a bit too high at one point on mine, so I sent it back to the shop. We identified the cause of it is humidity because the wood to expanded a little therefore causing the bridge area to bulge a bit. If you live in an area where humidity is high, you need to make sure that your guitar is not exposed to it too much and for a prolonged period of time.
Send it back to your shop so they can keep it in a dry environment for a couple of days and then readjust the neck/action. When you get your guitar back, get yourself a feedback buster/soundhole cover and some packets of silica gel. When your guitar is in storage, put some packets of silica gel inside your guitar and cover your soundhole with the feeback buster/cover. It prevents moisture from seeping into the bare wood :)

@@kas4751 i see... i have the bamboo charcoal packs in my guitar case... after going to the shop.. they recommand to store it in this manner.. and what you mention is right.. the humidity level here varies alot.. i really hope to bring it back to the shop after the Convic 19 is over.. it is a really great guitar to play.. never wanna put her down after picking her up.. she barely two months old..really thankful for your reply as well.. apprecaite it lots sir

These look a lot like the old big baby's style with an added arm rest and electronics. For 700.00 not really my cup of tea for the price.
