They also had a connection to The Incredible Hulk in that same scene with the Secret Wars comic book where you see the soda that Stan Lee's character drinks and dies because it was laced with Bruce Banner's Gamma Blood.
They literally are teasing Secret Wars coming soon as well as a nice small reference to The Incredible Hulk with the Pingo Doce bottle that Stan Lee's character drinks that was laced with Gamma Blood that's on the Secret Wars comic book. Also Aaron Stanford's Pyro character who is now pruned in the void from X2: X-Men United and X3: Last Stand showing up is hilarious. Also, if you recall the mid-credits sequence from Deadpool 2, Deadpool uses Cable's repaired time-traveling device to save the lives of Vanessa and X-Force member Peter, which is why they appeared in this teaser and probably explains why the TVA are aware of him.

The figure with the silhouette of the Bald head is Emma Corrin’s villain character Cassandra Nova, the evil twin sister of Charles Xavier, so Patrick Stewart might be back as Professor X in this movie. 2. The new head of the TVA is Agent Paradox, played by Matthew MacFayden 3. The guy who said “God I love this game” is Pyro returning from X2 and X-Men: The Last Stand

Considering all of Wade's antics after the end of Deadpool 2, where he manipulated not only the timeline of his universe but other existing universes within the multiverse it makes perfect sense that he would draw the attention of the TVA. I imagine the TVA would find Wade's mutliversal awareness to be rather resourceful to their organization.
I'm starting to realize more and more, that the TVA should have been the next big challenge for the avengers given how well loki did, and the deadpool writers immediately knew TVA was a way in for Deadpool and the mutants in the MCU
ok, #showerthoughts, here is my hairbrained theory about Deadpool. The TVA in the trailer is NOT the same TVA from Loki, but is instead the TVA for...the Fox Marvel Cinematic Universe (FMCU), and that they bring recruit Deadpool because he has already messed with the timeline in bringing Vanessa back from the last film, but also because they recognize that he can see or is aware of multiple universes/timelines, and that the MCU is now merging with the FMCU and that the whole Secret Wars story line will be the FMCU and the MCU fighting as their realities merge. What's more, the FMCU TVA will be led by Dr. Doom, because not only is that something he would do, it's something he HAS done, in the comics, specifically in the Secret Wars comic book that's laying on the ground next to Deadpool at the end of the trailer!
This is going to be one epic movie that I'm looking forward too, nice reaction you guys keep it up, and you can also see the 20th Century Fox Statue in the trailer 😀👍🏾😎👍🏾😀

No MCU character isn't a variant of their character no matter which timeline. Each choice or accident in which something different effect a person creates a new variant. No variant is more or less a variant than the other. TLDR: There is no "original" character that's not a variant. Everyone in the MCU is a variant of their character.

The TVA used that term to disparage their captors, but they were unaware of the fact that they were also variants. They didn't know that that was the case until Sylvie clued them in on that in season one, which of course B15 later goes on to tell the others. Nexus Beings, well the MCU hasn't called them that yet, but I suspect that it will, are those who can travel between universes without causing Incursions. They aren't capable of causing Incursions because they aren't tethered to one universe, but all of them; that's their unique ability. At present we only have two beings with the exact same power set, one on the side of good and the other well, revenge, Spot. It's going to be interesting to see how the MCU uses these characters, as there aren't many of them, yet, though I don't expect many more of them, since universes are literally starting to collide in the MCU. Are the TVA involved because Wade, somehow, went back and time and killed off his variant that appeared in the first Wolverine movie? That's canon! We still don't know how he did that, lol. Since he's being brought in by the TVA to join other heroes, sort of makes you wonder if he needs to change something to correct something that's gone askew in the MCU. Did we see Wade in Age of Ultron? That snowy scene in the trailer looks a lot like the Hydra base where we saw the Avengers fighting Struker's men, this place here 3:49. What would he be changing there? Having him save Natasha would be great, but what are the odds of that happening? Personally, I'd be happy if he just changes how Secret Invasion went down. I want Maria and Talos back, and I don't want the Super Skrull that we got--it doesn't make sense and it's OP. 3:52 has the Fox 21st Century logo in the ground, which makes me think that Wade's at the End of Time despite the background looking very different from what we've seen it as. And that DID look something like Alioth eating the TVA Minute Man. Anyway, this looks like it's going to be A LOT OF FUN! Can't wait =)
I haven't been to a movie theater in years. I think Rouge One was the last movie I went to. I am SO ready to see this one in person! I am not waiting months for it to drop on to Disney+ like I have been doing with most Marvel movies.

My theory is Deadpool in another universe is killing all the Universes like in the comics and this Deadpool we know has been hired to hunt him down and in doing so he jumps from universe to universe chasing his variant and sees other worlda being destroyed and he manages to save the fox universe xmen and some others !
