- We took a scooter trip from Kandy to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage in Sri Lanka. We got to bathe with the Elephants and we found out some Elephants actually have 5 legs... Ohhh wait!

This is how you treat your girl on a trip to Sri Lanka. First get a nice place to stay, a scooter with some vibration, find a place with animals and surprise her! Sri Lanka is great because it is full of wildlife! It is especially famous for it's elephants that you can cuddle and bath with at this Orphanage near Kandy called Pinnawala. I hope one day you have the confidence to actually talk to a female and convince her to come here!
Thank you so much ❤❤
You got a handsom experience with the elephants… 1000 rupees was a fair tip. Those tips will feed their families so it’s all good 👍
I just visited Pinnawala orphanage yesterday. The staff there is underpaid I believe and also considering the current lankan rupees situation due to inflation , they actually make very little money so they ask for tips from visitors and most of them are happy with any amount you provide, but there are some staff who deliberately try and extort a hefty amount especially from Western tourists. From my personal experience as a SAARC citizen, I actually met two of the staff shown here and they were quite friendly to be honest, they were kind enough to take my phone and get pictures of the famous bull tusker 'Sumana' residing there as it was in its enclosure and visitors were not allowed at that particular time (around 1.30 ish pm) to see Sumana. So they went to the restricted access area and took pictures and videos for me and afterwards they asked for some tips politely and I happily gave them 1000 lankan rupees which is like not even $3(USD). They were happy with the tips I provided them but I did notice that they were trying or atleast expecting higher tips from westerners, this is a common messed up psychology of some asians that they think westerners are always carrying a lot of cash for donation all the time and try to extort. However they are not at all rude or whatsoever even if you do not tip them, but as a general courtesy and considering the current Sri Lankan economic crisis, from my point of view, these low earning people with households and children to feed, do need tips to make some extra money for making ends meet. This was my personal experience from my visit to the elephant orphanage on July 6th 2023. All in all yes, they can improve their manners and etiquette, but after all they are passing through a really bad economic phase and even they are not to be blamed for and they can't even do anything about it. It's a mixed feeling to be really honest. I hope and pray for Sri Lanka and Sri Lankan people in general that they come out of this economic crisis as soon as possible, it is really sad that a wonderful country or I should say 'paradise' of a country and one of the best people I've met here in Sri Lanka are having a really hard time due to the crisis. May God bless this land and its people!
I think you two(three) are conquering things and places even a native hard to do. And these vlogs are so adventures. Thumbs 👍. Lots of love ❤from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰...
You are enjoying Sri Lanka so well guys
Authority should make a system for this tipping issue , this is embarrassing

@@datorizwan is bathing with elephants allowed now? I heard some people say in their videos it's strictly prohibited and then there are some vloggers uploading picture with elephants bathing
Tipping is not such a bad thing. here in Canada, they ask the tip quite professionally (15% min if you eat at a restaurant and the machine displays the tip amount and it's considered not nice to not give a tip. everything is taxed too and i dont think Canadians should be surprised about tipping in LK ;) ). In the Sri Lankan context, any amount they get, these people will feed their families.
The dudes constantly "rizzing" on Alex is hilarious 😂 She reminds me so much of my ex, petite with blue eyes
Nolan, bro you have a unique craziness which makes your videos fun to watch 😂
Hope one day you can be like harald baldr

Do not sit on the Elephants stomach when its sideways specially.
You look happy after seeing 5th leg of elephant 🐘 😄
These days, it is the best place to see wild elephants at minneriya national Park. Where you can see 300 to 400 wild elephants at one spot. Minneriya is known as Asia's largest elephant gathering spot.
Search on the net about the place.
Also search for elephant march in Sri Lanka, filmed by a random Chinese tourist.
You will love it.
Have a happy and safe journey
Much love ❤️

I wonder if that male elephant has to breed with his daughters? Because they live long lives so inevitably his daughters will be in the Hurd unless they send them away…

But average srilankan 5th leg is around 3.5 inches 3rd lowest in the world 😥😥

You might leave Sri lanka headless, pleaze fasten your freaking helmet, its not a joke.
Fasten your helmet, brain injuries are less cool than riding with with your helmet unfastened.

Wow these people are so cheap.. Lol 1500 Rs. Do they even try converting it into $
What was 1500?
1$ is like 300, so around $5
@@dailycontrarian3219 I’m aware we spent a month in Sri Lanka. How were we cheap tho? The guy demanded a tip from us when we bought tickets and weren’t required to tip and those glasses were the crappiest quality of ever seen. The juice sellers deserved the extra money cause they were cool.
Please don't support elephant bathing :/ unethical and cruel
The elephant seemed to be enjoying it
